We needed to replace our roof / skylight and siding on our house in Houston. Ramirez Roofing / Siding was a referral and our online research of them was reassuring enough to call. The owner Carlos himself came out to inspect the house and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism from start to finish:

In this time of COVID, a lot of people are concerned about worker safety. The owner Mr. Ramirez was the only person to enter the house when he performed the initial evaluation and he wore a mask and disposable booties. The crew was able to access everything they needed from outside but we still saw them wearing masks. We recommend them without reservation!

I highly recommend Ramirez Roofing and Siding! My husband and I live in a 100-year old bungalow in the Houston Heights, which means we were having to deal with old wood siding, some rot, and old trees rubbing the roof, all in a residential area where contractors are notorious for overcharging customers. We also needed gutters.

We took three bids and, after careful consideration and interviewing references, selected Carlos Ramirez and his company. We're so happy we did.

Mr. Ramirez was highly professional in his bidding of our project and his crew did excellent work. The accomplished the roof repairs, painting and gutter work in under a week. We're very happy with everything they did and would highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing, repair and painting for their home.

I'm unsure why the person who left the other reviews was so unhappy, but our entire interaction with Carlos and his workmen was of the highest professional quality.

Some of you may saw my review on Google. This is a repost of my review on Ramirez Roofing.

My experience with Ramirez Roofing was terrible.

Ramirez Roofing replaced my roof for $16,000. Three months later, my roof leaked from two places. I called Ramirez Roofing. They came and inspected the roof. They demanded to have $1500 to fix the roof. I thought, what about warranty? The roof was only three months old! Thinking this is a scam, I did not get back to Ramirez. I asked another roofing company repair the roof. The work took their 2 men crews less than three hours and for only $600.

I blamed myself for not doing enough research on this company.
