After last winter's storm damage to my shake roof, I asked 4 companies for repair bids. Jesse Ramirez was the only one that actually provided what I asked -- a repair quote, not a sales pitch to replace the whole thing, which has 5-10 more years of life in it, with the right TLC! The admin staff followed up courteously and consistently when I was having a protracted conversation with my insurance company; when I was finally able to proceed, they put the effort in to locate the hard-to-get materials ASAP. The crew lead was very polite, friendly, and capable. The crew worked quickly, communicated well, and made sure I was happy with the finished product. Would recommend with no hesitation.

A few years ago I had my roof replaced by Jesse and his crew. This last winter was one bad storm after another. My flashing around my chimney had gotten lifted so I called and they came out and not only fixed my flashing but examined the rest of my roof. They also resealed some of the roof that showed wear AND blew out my gutters. All of this for no charge because my roof is still under warranty. The workers who came out were so friendly and finished fast. They also came out on Saturday so I didn't have to take time off work. Great company

One of the valleys in my roof was leaking (from the severe storms earlier this year), so I decided to get a few quotes from roofers in the area. The owner of Ramirez Roofing, Jesse, came over to assess the damage on my roof, take photos, made a recommendation and provided a competitive quote.

Jesse was very easy to talk to, honest, and hardworking. He and Sherri did a good job with communicating with me, and provided an update with scheduling as needed. The 2-man crew came on time as scheduled, and did a good job with the repair and cleaned up after the project. Importantly, Ramirez Roofing provided a workmanship warranty, to give me peace of mind. I highly recommend Ramirez Roofing!

Jessie came out and gave me an honest estimate for my roof. He started out by making sure i wasnt already covered by my warranty and then gave me a detailed break down of what was wrong. The repair process was smooth and working with them has been seamless.

I went with another company that came in with a lower estimate Ramirez Roofing and regretted it because their work did not accomplish the work needed to stop the roof leaking from continuing. I then contacted Ramirez Roofing who honored their original estimate and did a more thorough job. I appreciate Jesse Ramirez for his company's work work and feel that they have been honest and fair with me.

I called 3 other companies for quotes who either turned down my job altogether or, after the site walk, never sent me a quote. One of them has an office less than a mile from the work site and told me flat out that my job was too small for them to take (I only needed one downspout replaced and the cleaning and installation of some kind of leaf filter on one section of a gutter on the second story). Despite being extremely busy from all the post-storm work and being located several cities away, Ramirez Roofing quoted me and completed the work without any issues.

The work crew was on-time, polite and professional and they cleaned the work area completely before they left. Other than the work they did they really didn't leave any sign they had ever been there, which was a welcome change from other vendors.

I showed up at the site just as they were getting started and after talking to them for 5 minutes I realized I really didn't need to be there. They knew exactly what they were there to do and got to work quickly.

After their office received my payment they emailed me a paid-in-full invoice and asked for feedback on the work. I will certainly be calling them if I need additional work done in the future.
