Jesse and the crew were great to work with, they came out throughout the past huge storms to tarp the roof to mitigate the roof leakage. They came out a couple times to adjust the tarp due to the extremely strong winds we were having. They were quick to repair and guaranteed their work, a couple of storms have already passed since the repair and there are no leaks anywhere.

Jesse is very knowledgeable and more than fair on their pricing.

I will for sure work with them again in the future.

There is not base on what I said or your said to confirm if you are honest or dishonest. That will be depended on the fact.
First, that was you call me to bid lower than other roof company but not me asked you.
Second, you broke your promise and refused to provide the detail dry rot estimate because you scared to show up your double charge, also breach contract and didn't change 3 sheet plywood. You can see this issue in other review.
Third, after I paid in full you refused to sign unconditional waiver and release on final payment but filed preliminary notice. You wanted to double charge me again.
From above fact, is there anything shows you are an honest person?

Due to the recent storms, I had a section of my roof panel tear and blow off. Needless to say, with more storms occurring, I had to have this section sealed off before I sustained further damage. I contacted and left messages with several roofing companies, understandably few were accepting emergency calls. I was fortunate to get a response from Sherri at Ramirez roofing, she was willing to do what she could to get someone out ASAP to put up a temporary tarp cover. At first the soonest she could schedule the job was the next day, but luckily there was an opening in their schedule, Sherri called me back right away and said it could be done that very day. Gabriel came out and did an excellent job quickly applying the tarp and it has withstood the additional storms that have come along since. I am so grateful to have contacted such a caring and reasonably priced company, I highly recommend their service.

Ramirez Roofing responded quickly to my ceiling water leak in Mather, CA. They found a temporary solution during a big storm and came back the following week when the rain stopped to complete the job. Great customer service and at a very fair price. New homeowner finding out there was a leak in the garage and during the storms caused lots of water leaks. Got a free estimate after physically inspecting on the roof with photos.

Repair was scheduled and set as priority to have fixed due to the heavy storms with a crew of 4-5 people. It was done in less than an hour which was impressive. Ramirez is very easy to talk to and Serri was very professional setting it up. and no issues during the storms that followed after the repair. Would recommend!

Great service and response!! The shingles on my garage roof got blown off in the last storms in Wilton, CA and so I called Jesse this morning to ask him and his crew to come out to tarp it and they got the job done that same day that morning! I am relief, happy and grateful because there are more rain on the forecast today and the rest of this week. I don't want my garage to have more water damage than it is now. I highly recommend them.

What to say about my experience... it was GREAT! I was under a deadline set by my insurance policy needed for renewal and Jesse and his crew made it happen! I was under a very short deadline and was only given about 2 weeks to get the project done. This may have been a very rare instance, but he came out on a Monday and got me an estimate later that day, and started the following Monday! I had a fair amount of dry rot repair and they got everything that needed attention replaced. His crew showed up everyday ready to work, and I worked very hard for 4 days to get the job done as quick as possible, but never skimped on quality of workmanship or detail. The guys made sure to clean up after every day of work and left my yard in a clean manner, so I wasn't worried about my dog running around and stepping on a nail or chewing on something he shouldn't be! Anytime that I had a question they were very thorough and going over the answer, or any options that that question may have brought up. I highly recommend Ramirez Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing contractor that does great work.

***Bonus points for honesty! There was more material ordered for my job than needed. I had asked if that would have been reflected on my estimate and initially he said no. I didn't ponder it too much because knowing how Roofing works, they could use that product on another job since it was a very common material used in many roofing applications. After the job was all done he actually called me and and for me, ""Yes, that will be reflected on my invoice, and I will see a savings of xxxxxxx."" It takes a real honest contractor to call a client and say yes, we messed up on the order and you'll be billed less for the job whereas most contractors wouldn't think twice and just charge you for it. This level of honesty sits very high in my book in regards to contractors and just shows me how honest of an outfit he runs, and it goes hand in hand with matching the hard work that his crew does and again their attention to detail.

If you're looking for a roofing contractor, it's definitely worth talking to Jesse about it and what your needs are and how he can meet them. 6 out of 5 stars from me. Thanks again Jesse!
