We had excellent service in repairing our cracked tiles on our roof. They took pictures of all the damaged tiles and under the tiles. We had good customer service and were pleased with their work. They explained the procedure of repair and did a great job.

We hired Ramirez Roofing in 2019 to perform routine maintenance and in needed repairs. Jesse came out and was very informative, and friendly, and said that if we hired them he would provide a 2 year roof certification. Shortly after this his team did the work. We were very satisfied. In April 2020 we decided to sell the house, and told the buyers that the roof was certified, and provided our invoice. However, they requested the roofing company provide a warranty in writing. I called the office and spoke with the admin who said that would be no problem. Jesse called me and said he'd get the letter to me. I explained I needed it quickly because it was a contingency to the house closing. After 3 phone calls, several emails, and promise after promise ""I'll get it to you by tomorrow."" I received the warranty letter that had contradictions stating 3 year warranty then 2 years, and several other mistakes. I called and reemphasized this was holding up the close of the sale of our home, it had been 2 weeks by now, and said look if you need me to pay for the letter I can. Sure enough I had the letter the next day, with a bill. Is that why you were delaying; because there was no monetary value to the task? Are you serious?! You're going to charge me for what you should've provided when I originally hired you for the job?! Is that really the type of follow up service you want to provide?? Once the work is complete you wash your hands of any future customer service?? Sad that this is my final impression of a company that I had previously recommended to others on Facebook and Next door. I just hope those people don't need ongoing help/support.

I just had a roof put on my new garage and (while I'd like to think I know about roofing) boy did I learn a lot. More than I ever wanted to know but it all made sense. I hired Ramirez roofing about 3 yrs ago on another place (I've sold since) I had for a broken roof tile that was causing water damage. I went with my gut and looked these guys up hoping id find them ( a lot of trade business's come and go due to their poor service or financial issues). Ramirez roofing is still thriving due to their excellent work. When Jessie showed up, he looked at the garage did some measurements & within 45 mins I had a rough estimate. Jessie took the time to explain what, why, and how. Furthermore, he explained that when sheathing (applying the plywood) the roof it should be done in a certain way to maximize roof life and eliminate water seeping through. The other two estimates I got never took the time to inspect this.

On install day the roofers came out (on time) and got to work. During the install, the roofer knocked on my door twice, why? He wanted to make sure I understood how he was weaving in the new shingles int the existing shingles. Second, he gave me some options to cover the corners. Yes probably more cosmetic then functionality and I appreciate that because I don't want a sloppy job or ""hey what happened in this corner, why does it look like that""? From my neighbor. It's the little things that you want when making this kind of investment. I don't claim to know about roofing but when I drive around my neighborhood (mostly older homes refurbished - Tahoe Park) now I noticed roof's done bad or on the cheap to patch someone else's mistakes.

If you care about your home don't take any risk because you can't afford to cut corners on a roof, mother nature will punish you for this.

I had a great experience working with Ramirez Roofing. It included good listening and advice at the beginning, a clear and detailed quote process, and expert completion of the work that I needed. My roof had some damage that was obvious, but then more damage was discovered after work had begun. Ramirez Roofing was able to take care of all of it in a timely manner. I recommend you hire them if you have the need.

Ramirez roofing did some dry rot repair for me last week. The person who came out to do the estimate was great. He went up on the roof took pictures of additional problems I would not have known about. The written estimate I received was very detailed. They did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

We put our house up for sale in Elk Grove California. We live in Missouri so we needed to find someone that we could trust. Jesse Ramirez is one of those people. He put new gutters in and even did extra work on our roof by fixing shingles and downspouts. He was very prompt in returning my calls and always kept me informed on what was happening.

Very professional, neat and organized.
We had a lot of dry rot and it was all addressed.
they had to stay extra days to get the work done and it turned out perfect.
Having a 2 story house most of the problem was on the second floor.
They even worked with our painter so that he could paint the boards before going up. Save time and money. I would recommend Ramirez Brothers. Its very hard to find someone to do a good job, they did an excellent job. Book early because they are very busy.
