Ramirez Roofing has been the only roofing company we've engaged in at least 30 years. We never sought competitive bids after the first time we hired them to do our roof. Very dependable and trustworthy. Price has always been right.

A new roof and balcony work was completed yesterday. It looks great. They know their business. There were no surprises. I was well informed throughout the job.

Keep calling if you don't hear back after you've left messages. I did. It was not frustrating at all.

When I met Cirilo Ramirez, I immediately knew I could trust him and he comes off as a really genuine guy. I got an extremely fair quote for the roof, he made me a priority, came out a few days later with his entire team of men, and they finished the roof in one single day. I was really impressed by the professionalism and the speed they got the job done. Cirilo even came out a few extra times and repaired my roof for no charge when it was my fault! I accidentally drilled a hole through the roof and he patched it for no charge. He also came to inspect some humidity I was having in my house, and verified the roof install was all good. I would highly trust Cirilo with your roofing project, you are in good hands.

This review is long overdue. Cirilo did a total reroofing on our victorian about 5 years ago. Tore off three layers of roofing and old wood slats. All new plywood and new shingles. Great service and best price by far. Very fast and efficient. His workers are great and very industrious. They could not get the shingles on the roof using the lift because of our steep driveway - so they quickly hauled them up by rope! Never deterred. When they finished Cirilo showed me pictures of the finished project - nice touch since I would never have the opportunity to see it! They even wrapped our old, fragile brick chimneys in roll roofing to support them. No leaks - no problems - great job!

Update: Just had Cirilo come back to roof new addition to our kitchen and also make chimney caps for all of our old chimneys. Great job as usual. Again he showed me pictured of finished product.

They never answered their phone in the past .they used to tell you they were pretty busy when they were not..and old employees from 30 yrs ago are not there any more they don't work there any more they all went away to work in other things..

Cirilo Ramirez did an amazing job on my roof in Bernal Heights! They were able to vdobthe work immediately, and we're extremely professional and thorough!
They moved my skylight down about 12 inches, and now when you walk past it, you see sweeping downtown city views and the gorgeous Bay Bridge. They also did a great job cleaning up, when finished! Thank you so much Ramirez roofers!!

Cirilo did a great job reaplacing one section of roof, patching a persistent leak (1st rain - so far so good!) and planting elastomeric paint on some flat sections that were showing signs of wear. He had some helpful thoughts on going solar with this mid-life roof so that was useful also.

Two great experiences with this company. They gave us a roof inspection during our home buying window, and happily climbed on the roof with my partner to walk him through all the details of our new roof's condition. We hired them for flashing repair and maintenance, which they said should enable us to get another 5 years out of the roof. Very friendly, they work fast and are very helpful.

Ramirez Roofing installed the roof on our home a number of years ago. It was a first class job and we have had no problems with the roof. The job was done professionally and correctly and the price was competitive. Recently we had a problem with our copper gutters, installed by another contractor. Cirilo, the owner, personally came over and corrected the problem. They inspected the roof of the house we were buying. They seemed fair and thorough in the inspection. However, when I called them to actually do the work, the dude answered the phone and said ""we're kind of busy, you know?"" and then hung up on me. So, I guess I won't be using them.
