Last year, we had our garage roof replaced by Ramirez Roofing, and our house roof refinished by them. Previously, we had leaks in the house when it rained, but Eddy and his team came out to see where the issue was. He gave us a variety of estimates, including just fixing the leaks, roof refinishing, and full replacement. He gave us the pros and cons of each option and how long he would be able to guarantee the work for. This was very helpful in making an educated choice and having the right amount of financing available. We just had a hurricane pass through LA, and still dry as can be in the house and garage. No leaks since. The team was communicative and courteous. Today, I brought them back to install a skylight. Again, amazing work! I would definitely recommend them!

We noticed slight moisture in our garage ceiling. Called Bernardino and he came to fix it. When it rained again a week later we realized the leak was not fixed and the moisture turned into bubbling and eventually water was dripping in our garage. We called him again and he came to ""fix"" it. And of course it wasn't fixed. Now water is running down the wall and we now have a bit of a mold problem. We called him again and he said he was very busy and give him some time. It's been well over a month and nothing. It's currently raining and we have buckets in our garage. We called someone else and it's going to cost us more money to fix it. Horrible business practice and unfortunately because of him a small leak has now tuened into a much bigger and more expensive problem. The run around was unnecessary as it just wasted precious time. We will never use him again and neither will our family. Waste of money!!!

Ramirez Roofing, Eddie specifically, has been reliable and diligent in repairing our roof after a leak situation and a few other issues. He had to come back months later within the first year to do additional repairs. I'll still give five stars, but I do wish the scheduling was a little better, but given the scheduling issues with contractors and other similar industry-folk, Eddie has always been here as soon as he possibly can be without us waiting too long. And in an emergency, it's almost immediate. Thank you!

These guys do amazing work. I had a leak show up during last years rainy season and contacted them. They were here the next day. They assessed the problem and fixed it the next day. No leakage ever since. Very reliable, highly recommended
