I had a water leak in garage ceiling. Arnold was quick to respond and he came out to inspect the leak. He spent good 30 mins and concluded that the roof and underlay was perfectly fine (other guys were quoting me anywhere from $2500 to $7000 to replace the entire underlay) and that the leak was coming from inside the wall. I took his advice and cut up the ceiling. And there it was! a leaky water line. I was able to repair this for almost nothing compared to what other guys were quoting me. Though I didn't have to hire Arnoldo, I really appreciate his time and honesty! He's an excellent guy and I will hire him for any future needs.

Arnoldo fixed a roof leak that seeped into our bedroom closet. A few weeks ago in December during the height of the rains, our roof developed another leak along the same section. I called Arnoldo thinking it might be the same issue before. Luckily he came over the next day and assessed the problem It turned out to be a different leak along the roof's recesses which had gathered dirt and debris. He promptly fixed the problem and gave me a discount as well ! Would recommend the company. Prompt, honest, and fairly priced.

Arnold was great. He was the first one that contact for the repair of my roof. I was hesitant at first but after meeting him, I knew then he is a good one. My roof had a leak, the previous roof repair done by another company that I have hired did a poor job. I actually had them came out did the repair on the same leak twice and still it leaks, each time they charged more money. Arnold was different, He inspected the area of the leaks and even took his time to inspect other areas on my roof and notice a few problem areas, took pictures and shown them to me. After going over the details for the repairs he then giving me a very reasonable quote. The roof is now repaired, no more stress and worries whenever it rain...I am actually looking forward for it to rain :-) If you need roof repairs, Arnold is your guy. Highly recommended. They would not provide me a roof replacement quote, once I asked to see some evidence of the workers compensation insurance. I also asked for assurance that the roofer staff was on their payroll. They called and cancellend the appointment when I asked for these items.

After a look at the leak area and a review of the roof he made specific recommendations. He gave an estimate and a timeframe for the repair. He arrived on time and with his co-worker, every day as they completed the work for the day they cleaned the work site. They completed the work on time and the result was excellent.
