Ralph and his team went above and beyond repairing our storm damage which warranted a complete re-roof. The builder's roof had some leaks so decking had to be replaced too and they got it all along with quite a bit of flashing that was also bad. My new roof is worry-free and tight.

Unprofessional

Representatives from Ralph Carpenter Roofing set a 9 a.m. appointment time with me to do a possible re-roof job.
They show up early don't even knock on my door to let me know who they are, they just take out a latter and clime up on my roof to take measurements. When I come outside find out who they are and what they are doing and then rep-remand them for the unprofessional not once do they introduce themselves and apologize for their actions or do anything to try to keep my business. They are like okay let's go they climbed off my roof took their ladder put it in the truck and drove off.
I would not recommend this company they didn't have the proper professionalism to introduce themselves, they didn't really seem they wanted my business anyways. As they drove off I wondered if this is what they are like from the start, what would they be like if they were hired for a job would they be that unprofessional and have that same lack of interest and care while working on my roof. If I could give them a zero-star rating I would just for the fact they didn't seem like I and what I felt as a possible client in this matter didn't seem to matter to them.
