Avoid this business, as they are bait and switch. After quoting me 2k for two jobs (1. Repair Roof 2. Remove/Replace Drywall) they tried to collect the remainder of the bill before doing job 2. They said they 'forgot' but then were late to have someone come out and do the job... twice. The person eventually came, told me they needed more material and that they would be back in an hour, and then never came back. They then call me and tell me it will need to be an additional $300 for job 2, as they need to double-drywall. After I called them out that this is 15 sqft of area and that $300 of drywall would be enough for an entire room, they told me this also includes labor. The person who did the work (finally came back 3 day later to my house, unannounced) spent an entire 3 hours to do ALL the work. So for a job that took an entire three hours, they raised the price of the quote by 25% due to labor, per them. This company will only make your rainy day worse.

Update: After speaking with their boss this morning and letting him know I was in meetings and would pay later in the day, they called me an hour later and left a voicemail threatening collections or lien on me. For an invoice I received YESTERDAY. Such a TRASH COMPANY.

The office is a dump. It's a trailer home and gutted out. Walked into owners ""office"" and trash everywhere. Very embarrassing.

Made an appointment for an estimate 10 days in advance. Called to confirm the appointment an hour prior before I took off work early to come home. Appointment was for 4pm. At 4:35 no one had arrived so I called the same person that I had confirmed the appointment with and was told that they would have to reschedule for another day the following week. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this outfit!

When I agreed to have the work done on my roof, I asked that I be called when the repairman was there so I could review with him what was to be done. I was never called and when I went home there was the repairman's ladder. I told him that when he got finished to call me so I could inspect his work. I just got an invoice, so I am now assuming he finished and did not bother to call me. This was also an issue the last time I had Rainy Day do my roof repair.

Prompt service, extremely responsive and reasonable. Work done (roof repair after a leak was noticed) has held up through continued rain. I would definitely use Rainy Day again for small or large jobs.

I haven't had the services completed yet but, the estimate and what I need done is far more reasonable than 2-3 other companies that way over-priced the job. When the job is complete and I see pics I will definitely give them another 5 star rating!! Thank you Josh!
