I should have looked at the reviews prior to moving forward with the inspection and repairs. Shelly is unprofessional and rude. The only reason I know they even showed up to my home was the aweful patch that was completed.

Shelley is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Roofers showed up unannounced, did a terrible half ass job and didn't even fix what I needed repair on. They left my roof in worse shape and all she could say is ""I'm sorry"", my roof still looks like trash. Do yourself a favor and try ANYONE ELSE!! Mike, you should feel shame that such a piss poor job is being done under your supervision. Absolutely Awful! Now I have to hire different roofers to fix what your ""roofers"" did. Garbage! Service was so bad I contacted the Better Business bureau for the very first time.

if i could give ""0"" stars i would. stay away from these scam artists not only it took over a month to come over and do the work, they lied. first they said i had 3 cracked tiles then after a month two gardners look a liike show up with trailer and a leaf blower get on my roof make a ton of noise for approx 12min (yes i timed them because i had a feeling this was a scam) and then they tell me there are no cracked tiles as per the report i got from his company a month earlier during my roof cert, and he tells me he just blew debree with the blower.
i call the company and first they tell me ""yes' they fixed the cracked tile, i tell them i was told by their worker there were no cracked tles the employee puts me on hold, then gets back to mew and said that she miss understood her worker and yes there were no cracked tiles only chipped tiles and they fixed them... well whitch one is it!!!??? the invoice of $350.00 stated cracked tiles so how come now they are only chipped!!?? total bs! stay away form these scammers!!!!!! the guys left and didn't have my paid invoice showing the work completed. bbb my next stop.

Our realtor used this company for a home inspection of our tile roof before purchasing our home. They gave a estimate on repairs, repair cracked tiles, reset slipped tiles, reseal pipe vent flashings. Most importantly, they gave our realtor a acceptable roof inspection report for us to only find out one year later that our tiles on this house our defective and never should of been acceptable for purchase of home unless re-roofing was done on entire house. We have had 3 different roof repair business confirm this report. This company did come and slapped some caulk on broken tiles, left a absolute mess behind to be cleaned. After complaining to company about un professionilism, no one bothered to even call and talk about these issues. One year later we are having to replace entire roof (due to leaking) to the cost of $20,000 +.
