The last roof from another roofing company was very expensive and it didn't last very long. I contacted Raintree Roofing and they came quickly, gave a good estimate and finished the job ahead of schedule. The roof looks great and I am very pleased with the work done by Raintree. They found a skylight that was cracked that the insurance adjuster missed.The owner of Raintree worked with me and the insurance company to get me everything I was entitled to under my policy. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service, best roofing job I've ever had. Charlie, the owner, is so attentive and quick to communicate. He was honest about my options, and made suggestions that really improved my roof. Charlie made himself available over the weekend for a quote, and visited the job several times in person. If there had been any issues with the crew (there weren't) I have no doubt Charlie would have rectified it immediately.

This was by far the worst roofing contractor I have ever seen. The crew did not speak English so communication with them was null. Charles promised me before the job that they would clean up after themselves--they absolutely did not. They replaced two deck boards and charged me $250.00 for that and in doing so they knocked patio ceiling boards down and then threw the boards away. Charles told me I could fix that by going to Home Depot with $25.00. The main attic vent still has a high pitched warble from not being reinstalled correctly. The water heater vent pipe was shoved down so hard and incorrectly that it jammed the exhaust vent down and broke my water heater--a $1,500.00 charge from Bosworth who told me why my water heater was leaking the morning after the roofers left. The roofers left trash, tools, nails, and trim all over my yard. They broke the flashing around my chimney to the point my insurance carrier was not going to renew my coverage. When I brought up each of these issues to Charles he just IGNORED me. The man is either senile or just doesn't give a hoot how unprofessional his work is. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

We just had our roof redone by Raintree after hail damage. Charlie's crew did a great job! We really appreciate the fast and friendly service as well as the quality work!
