I had Rainproof Roofing come out in May 2023 to repair a leaking roof. In May 2024, I had a leaking roof in the same areas. I emailed the technician Jose Jr who never emailed back as well as called in. My neighbor had a roofer out before I was able to get scheduled, and this roofer said that Rainproof Roofing's patch was incorrectly installed and he had never seen anything like it. Rainproof Roofing had laid a whole shingle on top of the existing shingles, instead of integrating it to allow rain to run down the slope.

I toyed with calling Rainproof Roofing to come and do it properly but the 6 month warranty lapsed and frankly I don't trust them anymore. What a waste of $600, only to have to repair it barely a year later, as well as redo the drywall damage ($1500) I had fixed already because I thought the roof was good.

I take it all back. My flowers are still broken, but my backyard is all cleaned up and my roof is checked for debris. Good job, Rainproof.

Rainproof Roofing = Scammers!!!!!! These people at Rainproof Roofing are crooked. They are scum. They came to my property in Houston, TX to look at a cracked skylight. The person who came offered nothing of benefit to me. The amount due was given before they came. A check was ready to give them and they refused to take it, knowing they were of no help. Even though they offered no solution, I was willing to still pay them, realized they are a fuck job, and vowed to never use them again. They never sent a bill to my property. Later I received a letter from a collection agency. I am still willing to pay them for nothing, but realize they are scammers. Do not trust these people. They are out for a quick buck and offer nothing beneficial. A simple bill sent to the property would have been acceptable to receive your money after you refused to accept payment for doing nothing, but you never did this. The check has still been sitting here since before you came. Hire someone else other than Rainproof Roofing. Rainproof roofing is very unprofessional and unethical.

Two things that many people dread is buying a car and getting a new roof. Well you can take the ""new roof"" off this list.

Rainproof Roofing is competitive, professional and honest. It is a family operation (father and sons) that focuses on pleasing the customer.

They are extremely knowledgable and are not in a rush to sell but rather to educate and inform of the many choices and costs.

For my roof, which involved sloped and flat and new skylights, they arrived on time, finished on schedule and left an immaculate job site when finished.

I rate them A+ and 5 stars without any hesitation.

I had Eloy Olivo out of San Antonio, I live out at Canyon Lake and seen him replacing a neighbors roof. The process was extremely easy, we had a few issues going on from a previous roofer who made a complete mess that resulted into us getting the roofing job inspected by Edwin Cristancho from GVI Property Inspections. Eloy was patient as we went through the process. We hired Rainproof Roofing and could not be happier, they were quick, clean and did not ask for payment until after we had Edwin come back out and inspect Eloy's work. Inspection was excellent, no pics taken and that is a good thing. Thank you Eloy for taking pride in your work, would recommend Rainproof Roofing to anyone looking to have a crew of guys who care about what they are doing.
