I had Rainman come out and do the gutters and down spouts on my house.... The recent storms caused some major, unanticipated damage. They were on time and did a professional job. Thank you Gary for the prompt service..

We have used Rainman twice at two different locations. Gary was very helpful and professional. He came out and measured and gave us a couple of options. The job was done in a timely manner and we couldn't have been happier. I would definitely use Rainman again and highly recommend him to friends, family and neighbors.

My experience with Rainman Gutters was great! I met with Gary the owner. He was professional and very informative. He helped me make a decision on what looked best for my personal residence. I'm very pleased with the turn out. I highly recommend Rainman Gutters!

I should of never hired this company from the get go. I received a referral from Home Depot for this company and I am very sorry that I hired them to do my gutters. The quality of work is cheap. The first day I had the gutters installed they leaked. I called the office and spoke with Heather who was nice but gave me the run around. She never returned my phone calls. I was lucky one time this company came out to my home again to fix the problem but it just got worse. The gutters I had installed are leaking very bad. I have made several attempts to try to get this problem fixed but all i get is the run around. I just dont know what to do anymore. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the State of California Contractors Board and with Home Depot. I also plan to take this company to court to get my money back.

No reply, despite two calls and after waiting a week. Business must be good. Look, I know this is the busy season, but at least have the courtesy to return a phone call. Unfortunately, I've discovered that not returning phone calls is not uncommon.

Was referred to them by a painting company that was giving me an estimate for an exterior painting job for my home in Pacific Grove.
I called spoke with Gary and set up an appointment for an estimate to replace my gutters.
Gary never showed up for the appointment. I called after waiting for 30 minutes and still never heard back from him.
Not a very professional way to do business and I guess he doesn't care about future clients.

I needed a little adjustment to one my gutters that Rainman installed. I called the office in the morning, and the crew was there that afternoon! Great service. Thanks!

Gary scheduled work twice, and did not show up both times. Terrible service... they must be on drugs or something.

They showed up on time and did what I had asked. The job was done quickly and looks perfect. Any issues were dealt with in a professional manner and all communications were concise and clear.
If you want gutters done right give them a call.

Gary was great. Came by quickly, we did a walk around of both the house and the garage, he gave me two quotes. One for copper the other for metal gutters that looked like aged copper. Both were very fair and reasonable.
The crew showed up and did a professional job. The kind of job, or better that you woulld expect when working with reputable people in the trades.
