I have used this company for two roof replacements on different properties. the team was fast, efficient and performed very well. Samir also completed the wind mitigation reports to get insurance discount. very pleased from start to finish.

I called this company due to an emergency situation on Saturday morning. I was told not to worry about putting up a tarp on my roof, that someone would be out to see what is going on that day. I called three times and was told my message was getting sent to the dispatcher. No call from them YET and it is now Tuesday. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our flat roof needed some serious repair work. Maria gave us an estimate, had the work performed within the time promised, and on the same day we had a gully-washer of a storm -- no leaks. The price was not the lowest quote we received, but they performed as promised. No serious issues. The workers were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Hope we do not need a roofer for a while, but if we do, Rainier will be our go-to company.

What a joke! I would leave zero stars if it were an option! Made an appt with these guys went today and sat waiting for an hour ( trying to give them a chance that maybe they were caught in traffic) then called to see where they were. Was told their truck broke down and was at the shop. Really! Couldn't call me to tell me that for the entire hour Of my time they wasted!!!!! Very unprofessional. Would leave zero stars if it was an option!! After their response all I can say is Lies, Lies, Lies. I never told Danny I ""had to have a certified mold inspector"" if I needed that , i would have called one, not a roofer. I simply inquired of him if they typically carried a moisture meter to check for moisture in ceiling drywall. No calls were made to me the night before about any vehicle problems! or the morning of the appointment for that matter. Which should not be my problem anyway! In fact the only time I spoke to anyone between the time I set the appointment and the morning of was when I called to find out where they were at 930 am for a 9 am appointment, in fact Danny admitted to me during that call they were ""having issues with their phone service""! the only problem they were having was calling people back to cancel appointments they couldn't keep!!!!!!!
