During the winter I noticed that we had a leak along the main ridgeline of our roof. I called a few roofing companies to get estimates and all were way out of our budget. When I called Raindance Roof Company and spoke to Todd the owner, he spoke to me like he cared and treated me like a real person and not just out to look for another job. He explained to me what the problem was and gave me a few estimates for my wife and I to talk over and get back to him when we could. There was no pressure. My wife and I decided on the path we wanted to take, got back to Todd and he had us scheduled within a week or two. His crew got here early in the morning, set up, was courteous and explained what they were going to do. Todd ended up showing up to check in on the project and to update me on how much longer his crew was going to be. Sure enough, the crew ended in a timely matter and cleaned up perfectly. To this day we have not had one leak! After reading their 4 core values on their website, they as a company practice what they preach. Thanks Raindance Roof Company!

We got a new roof from Raindance Roof a few years ago. After some rain last week, we noticed that we had some discoloration on our ceiling again caused by water. We called Todd, the owner, immediately and explained our situation. He came out within a couple of hours, troubleshooted the issue (not a roof problem after all but an unsealed window) and gave us some recommendations for repair. I am thoroughly impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. I will continue to recommend Raindance Roof to anyone needing roof work done.

This workers for this company have no regard for the local members of the communities when on the job. I live in Ocean Beach and the Raindance crew decided to start scrapping the hell out of a house with a small roof at 7:00 am this morning in a super populated residential area. I get that everyone has work to do but being this loud this early in the morning is unacceptable in this type of area. The city law might state that 7:00 am is an okay time to being work but not when the action produces a ridiculous amount of noise. I called to complain about the noise and received a call back saying that there was nothing that would be done. The reasoning I was provided for starting so early on this tiny house was that the roof needs to be cool when removed which is bogus because the temperature is currently only 52 degrees with no sun and it now 8:35 am. This work could have easily been started at a more decent time.

Today we had a major leak around our solar tube. Water was leaking down the side of the tube into the house. I called Raindance and spoke to Todd, who gave me a few ranges in prices based on the conversation. He was very upfront about an ""emergency service call"" and could not guarantee a fix could happen but they would do their best. The rain was going to be starting again this evening and I knew we needed to try.

I could not be happier with the service and outcome!! Alonso and Oscar were able to fix the issue!! It started raining shortly after they left and no water! I checked the attic and where the water was coming in before, the wood was dry!!

I strongly recommend Raindance Roof! Everyone was professional and courtesy. They also were mask (COVID).

Todd came out to do a roof inspection on the home I was purchasing. I could not have been happier with the service he provided. He was incredibly thorough and patiently answered every question I had. He then provided me a multiple page written report on the condition the the roof, any issues he found, and his recommendations for mitigation. He also provided written cost estimates for items that needed to be addressed in the next two years. These estimates helped us intelligently navigate the escrow process. It was definitely worth the money to have this knowledge.

Todd Landress and his team did an excellent job repairing our roof. Our building manager carefully researched and interviewed multiple companies. Raindance made a lot of promises, but in the end they exceeded all of them.

Some highlights include replacing 80% of the wood, providing high quality shingling, replacing vents and capping old ones, daily clean-up of worksite for a 5 day project, detailed repairs to improve aesthetic appearance, and removal/proper disposal of old materials no longer needed. All this for fair and competitive pricing.

Special thanks to Todd and Will, who worked as foreman. We're very pleased with their hard work and the final product.

I consulted with many roofers for bids. Todd and company did not come in the lowest, but I felt more comfortable with Todd and his knowledge. I was 100% correct. Todd and his crew were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, did a great job and really cleaned up after themselves. They had to replace a lot of damaged wood. They primed all the wood and would have painted it but I had hired a painter to paint the entire house. Our neighbor paid much more then we did for almost the same size home and they didn't even prime the wood. We really recommend Todd and his crew.

This company is the best. NO surprises. Todd was great at explaining all that needed to be done. He was honestly concerned that the work was done correctly and that his employees were safe. The crew was always on time and very polite. We were happy that we waited for them to do our roof. We are pretty picky about what we have done to our house so I'm just saying you should give Todd a call before they are booked up till who knows when.
