Todd Landress and his team did an excellent job repairing our roof. Our building manager carefully researched and interviewed multiple companies. Raindance made a lot of promises, but in the end they exceeded all of them.

Some highlights include replacing 80% of the wood, providing high quality shingling, replacing vents and capping old ones, daily clean-up of worksite for a 5 day project, detailed repairs to improve aesthetic appearance, and removal/proper disposal of old materials no longer needed. All this for fair and competitive pricing.

I consulted with many roofers for bids. Todd and company did not come in the lowest, but I felt more comfortable with Todd and his knowledge. I was 100% correct. Todd and his crew were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, did a great job and really cleaned up after themselves. They had to replace a lot of damaged wood. They primed all the wood and would have painted it but I had hired a painter to paint the entire house. Our neighbor paid much more then we did for almost the same size home and they didn't even prime the wood. We really recommend Todd and his crew.

This company is the best. NO surprises. Todd was great at explaining all that needed to be done. He was honestly concerned that the work was done correctly and that his employees were safe. The crew was always on time and very polite. We were happy that we waited for them to do our roof. We are pretty picky about what we have done to our house so I'm just saying you should give Todd a call before they are booked up till who knows when.

Like a lot of other people, I discovered I had major roof problems during the rainstorms last winter. I had 3 separate bids to replace my roof...all of which were right around the same price. I decided to go with Raindance because Todd, the owner, actually brought me up on my roof and showed me what all my issues were. Todd took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my roof, and his plan to fix it. The others simply told me I needed a new roof and asked for a deposit, for me that was too much money to pay and not see what you are actually paying for.

Due to half of San Diego also needing a new roof, I had to wait about a month for my new roof. It was worth the wait. Todd's crew was professional and cleaned up every day prior to leaving my house. Todd came by to check on the progress of the job every day, and was there to answer any questions I had. The project was completed on budget and on schedule. My new roof looks great and is completely watertight. I highly recommend Todd and Raindance if you want your roof done professionally and on budget.

Raindance Roof Company is the epitome of great customer service before, during, and even after installation! Todd and his crew were consummate professionals. The new roof Raindance installed not only functions to keep rain outside (not pouring inside my house like before), but it's aesthetically pleasing, adding great curb appeal. While they were working on the roof, they kept the mess at a minimum. Upon finishing, they cleaned up (surprisingly, some workers don't). With the last big rainstorm, I had a gutter issue, and Todd responded immediately to troubleshoot and have it fixed. This type of above-and-beyond service is why Raindance gets my highest recommendation.

Raindance Roofing did an excellent job re-oofing our home. Todd's crew was knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. Todd checked with us everyday to make sure everything was going well. The crew was careful to protect our pool and landscape during the demolition and they cleaned up daily. The work was started and compleated within the timeframe promised. Raindance gave us the best value proposal out of five roofing companies. The final cost was just as the proposal stated. Raindance worked closely with our solar company to coordinate for the future solar installation. Having been a construction inspector for my 30-year career, I can say without question that the workmanship and installation was top notch.

Tod and his crew did a perfect job of roof replacement and addition of gutters for our project. We could not be more pleased and will look no further for any future roofing associated needs. Tod arrived to perform the initial estimate and was informative concerning the requirements of a proper application based on my concepts of what we required. The job went smoothly and on time the crew covered under their vehicles against possible oil leaks upon arrival. Cleaned the job site also covered any exposed roof areas against the possibility of moisture at the end of each day. Replacement of some discovered water damaged structural components was necessary and that was promptly done at a most reasonable rate. Raindance performed above and beyond our expectations.
