Rafael R.June 2014, I hired Balentine Munoz to replace my roof. Not only did it take four days to complete, but he never finished the job. I paid him for the work he had completed and he promised he would return to complete the job. 2 years later I am in the process of selling my house, and the inspector gave me a list of three items to be corrected by Rainbow Roofing. I spoke with Balentine, sr and Jr. I was told the repairs would be completed on Thursday, March 23rd. Then Friday March 24th. I have left several voice messages, text messages, emailed Balentine Sr and still nothing. My closing on the sale of my house is this Thursday and I have yet to see any results.
Update: I never heard back from this company. I had to hire a new crew to come out and repair the damages to my roof in order to be compliant with the inspector's requirements to sell my house. Do not trust this company. They will not finish the job, nor return your calls if there is a problem.
