Exceptional work done by Mark. He was prompt to come out and give a quote, also was on time. He was able to come out in the next day or so to fix our slight leak. After noticing some water marks on our ceiling, we determined that we had a leak in our roof. I contacted a few different companies for quotes on the repair. Mark came out & did an inspection of our roof. Because I had told him the issue was in just one area, he respected my wishes not to inspect the entire roof. Once Mark inspected that one area I was most concerned with, he explained to me that since he was out anyway that it might be beneficial for me to check the entire roof. Mark was in NO way trying to up sell the job/work needed to be done. Sure enough he did find additional tiles that were broken and had slipped from their original placement. Mark's quote was VERY reasonable. I accepted his quote & asked when he might be able to start the job. Mark scheduled the work to be done the very next morning (rain was predicted for then few days). Mark showed up promptly began his work & was done in the time he quoted. Left everything very clean. Mark is a true professional with a good sense of humor! Great guy, great work! I am definitely going to use him again if needed. Do yourself a favor, give him a call, you won't be disappointed!

Rainbow roofing, especially Mark, came through again. We were selling a house for a family member and the inspection report noted a number of broken concrete tiles. I called Mark on Saturday and he came out for an estimate on Monday and all the roof repairs were made the next day. I can't thank Mark enough for his fast service and high level of professionalism. Escrow can now close on time. I highly recommend this company and have nothing but praise for them. They truly earned a five star rating.

Unfortunately we recently had to use him again on our new house in Creekside. He came out, evaluated the roof and performed the repairs with no drama or hassle - and again for a reasonable fee.

Also, I asked him to check the satellite dish company name on the ugly dish on our roof. I wanted to call the company to have them come out to remove the dish but it was situated to where I couldn't tell which company it was for. I did some online research and apparently these satellite dish companies don't remove their own dishes - you have to pay to have it done. So I asked him if he would remove the dish and he said yes. And he would charge much less than the online companies (I see there are ads offering to do this for $150 online.)

He is very reasonable and trustworthy. I will continue to use him and recommend him to others.

My husband and I contacted Mark regarding a leak we had in our roof. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of where the problem was coming from. He is so honest and reliable, that he found out the source of the leak was not the roof but the turbine vent. He explained how we could fix the problem and didn't charge us a dime. I got his name from a client. He came to our house in Encino, CA. Walked on our roof that had some leaking issues. Asked me to come onto roof to see what the issues were. Explained what he would do. Gave us a quote that I thought was entirely reasonable and below my guess. He came the following week, and did repairs and left a bill. Not complaints, not sure if it did the trick, but I am fairly confident the issues were fixed. Offered a one year warranty. Quick, Fast, Clean and Reasonable, what more can you ask for.
