The rain gutter at my home had come loose and the Rainbow Roof team was recommended to me to remove it. I called on Friday for an estimator to come out and recieved a call back from Mike to schedule for him to come by the following Tuesday. He was able to do the work on the spot for a more than reasonable cost. After having phoned several other companies and either never recieved a call back or was told that they could not help me, I certainly appreciated Rainbow Roof's timeliness and great service!

I have been residential manager of a high rise buildings for 18 years. I have used Rainbow Roof in two high rise buildings. Had a contracts in both buildings to perform preventive maintenance bi-annually. They did an excellent job.

About a year ago the contract with them ran out so I contacted them to renew it. Also because it was time, I asked for a proposal for a complete re-coating of the roof from acrylic to silicone. After a month no one called back.

So I called them again, politely made the same request. Told them I have been waiting for a call back for a month from the estimator to schedule a visit. A week later no call back. I called them 4 more times over 2 more months, even talked to the owner of the company. I was always promised that the estimator would call me - yet I never got a call.

What's most odd about this is that they were guaranteed to have our continued business. This was easy money for them. I gave them every opportunity to take the job but ended up having to use another roofing company.

Perhaps if I was loud and demanding like other building managers I would have gotten a response. But I prefer not working with people I have to yell at just to get service.

Great job and fair price! I ended up using rainbow roofing as Oahu roofing and weather proofing wouldn't respond to honor their warranty. Don't go there... use these guys! They are on it, respond quickly and do a great job.

Collette and Ken were great from start to finish on the roof work that Rainbow did for us on our home in Kaneohe. Being 2500 miles away we were a little concerned about finding a reputable company that would deliver as promised. They did not disappoint. Just wishthey were closer to Vancouver...my home here needs a new roof by winter!

I was really impressed with the employees and management. They were very friendly, helpful and informative. Donald was the foreman of the crew that worked on my home and he was great at communicating with my husband and I. Everything from the free estimate, to clean up, was done efficiently and with surprising speed. I am very pleased with the quality of the job. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are interested in a new roof, but especially if you are interested in maintenance and repairs. They did everything they could to help my husband and I (poor recent college grads!) save money. Other companies suggested re-roofing, but Rainbow Roof explained how they could extend the life of our old roof with some simple repairs. Thank you again :)

No stars!

They flaked on me! Henry set up a 200pm appointment and never showed up. He didn't even make a courtesy call to notify me or anything...I waited for about a couple of hours that I could never get back! What a waste of time! I trusted the 5 Star rating but I guess first impressions always last.....This business is very questionable. Just be aware!

Got a quote from these guys doing a free estimate of my house. They got it done fairly quickly, and i was pleased with their thorough process of showing me how they measure, what materials are best, and how to save money. Although I did not contract with them, I appreciated their service regardless.
I've had multiple friends however who have gotten their roofs replaced by these guys, and they had nothing but good things to say. Thanks again

I have to say that Rainbow Roof is awesome! We needed our 2nd Floor roof repaired and they did an excellent job. My experience dealing with my initial call all the way through dealing with the estimator and then the roofers, I was not disappointed. The admin person who took my cal reassured me my call would be returned by their estimator. Within one day Henry returned my call and setup an appointment. Once he came by he sent our estimate within one day. My husband and I decided to go with Rainbow and our appointment to roof was made within a couple of days. Henry even went above and beyond by contacting us even after he broke his foot, the day we were scheduled he was going into surgery. He said he wanted to make sure we were taken care of!
I must say we have no experience dealing with roofing repair but Rainbow Roof made it so easy for us! I would highly recommended them and also wouldn't hesitate to yes them again! Thank you Rainbow Roof for making our roofing experience an easy one!!
