Since its inception in 1962, Rain Proof Roofing has functioned as a roofing contractor focused on serving private building owners. As a certified applicator, we work with Firestone and Carlisle roofing systems. Our services encompass commercial and residential roofing, featuring built-up roofing, new roofs, reroofs, shingles, shakes, and single-ply membranes. Our repair and maintenance offerings include annual and biannual roof inspections, site survey reports, and critical emergency response services. We operate a comprehensive metal shop that fabricates a variety of sheet metal and roofing materials. Rain Proof Roofing also offers waterproofing solutions, such as the installation of sheet membranes and spray-applied dampproofing systems.

With offices in Anchorage, Wasilla, Soldotna, and Fairbanks, we are well-positioned to meet Alaska's roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal needs. Our company is guided by four partners, each fulfilling a vital role in our operations. As President, Pat Reilly oversees the comprehensive operations of the business. Brion Hines, our Vice President, oversees the commercial operations, from estimating to crew management, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. As Vice President, Jason Dial oversees the residential and home builder segment, prioritizing top-tier customer service and quality. Misty Stoddard, our Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, is responsible for employee management, from hiring to training, with a focus on safety.

Page S.After enduring a leaking roof for many months, we called Rain Proof for a solution. They're pretty busy, so it took a couple weeks before they pulled up in the driveway. Noah and Adam reviewed our situation and gave a clear explanation of the problem and a couple ways to solve it. Estimate to follow. But before they left, they cut down several broken hanging branches left over from our surprise fall snow storm!! Out of the goodness of their hearts and tall ladders/lift truck. Thank you so much.
Linda J.In July, 2019, we chose Rain Proof Roofing to replace our house's aging single-ridge roof with Malarkey Legacy Shingles. They sent an experienced efficient two-man team, Noah and Jason, with an elevator bed truck. In ONE day we had a beautiful new ""Midnight Black"" roof that was to envy. We had neighbors comment on it! Rain Proof came in with a great bid and beat out the competition that had also bid for the job. And to our surprise, the heavier quality Legacy shingles dampened outside noise too. Couldn't be happier, thank you all.

My boyfriend had his roof done recently through this company. He chose this company over the other bids because the fact they bid hand stamping at a rate he was happy with. They had mentioned this wasn't necessary unless it was a certain temperature, however he said (multiple times in paper and in person) that he wanted the hand stamping done anyway. They did not complete this. He has requested it to be fixed and they still refuse. The only reason they won the bid was for the pricing of the hand-stamping, and they WILL NOT do it. I do not recommend this company, keep in mind ""cheaper is not always better"" before having them work on your roof. They blatantly ignore paying customer requests for no good reason.
