Since its inception in 1962, Rain Proof Roofing has functioned as a roofing contractor focused on serving private building owners. As a certified applicator, we work with Firestone and Carlisle roofing systems. We offer a range of roofing services for commercial and residential clients, such as built-up roofing, new roofs, reroofs, shingles, shakes, and single-ply membranes. We also provide repair and maintenance programs, which include annual and biannual inspections, site survey reports, and emergency response services. Our full-service metal shop specializes in fabricating diverse sheet metal and roofing-specific materials. We provide waterproofing services, including the installation of sheet membranes and spray-applied dampproofing systems.

Founded in 1962 with simple beginnings, Rain Proof Roofing has grown into an award-winning company by valuing its team and making customer service and quality its top priorities. Rain Proof Roofing has completed projects across Alaska, with no location too remote for our services. We maintain offices in Anchorage, Wasilla, Soldotna, and Fairbanks to better serve Alaska's roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal requirements. We recognize that the reputation we build today will influence our future business.

Our company is guided by four partners, each fulfilling a vital role in our operations. Pat Reilly, our President, is responsible for managing the company's overall operations. Brion Hines, our Vice President, oversees the commercial operations, from estimating to crew management, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Jason Dial, also a Vice President, focuses on the residential and home builder sector, maintaining high standards for customer service and quality. As Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, Misty Stoddard oversees employee management, from recruitment to training, prioritizing safety in her role.
