We just had our roof reroofed with Rain Dance Roofing. They did an amazing job. They removed the original white rock roof and two composite roofs. They replaced damaged roof sheathing and fascia. We received other estimates but they had the best estimate. They are honest and high quality.

Ray and his crew did a wonderful job on my new roof on my rental house. He was easy to communicate with and he sent me photos on the progress. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He commenced on time and completed the job as promised and even moved the date up and came on Saturday due to the unexpected and critical Hurricane Hilary which struck on Sunday which was a hugh relief and allowed me to sleep at night knowing my Tenants would be safe. His price was very good and beat out the competition. I had to wait to find out how much the lumber charge for damaged lumber would be and found his price was good. He even picked a nice color flashing for the facia. He did a great job on the garage facia that had become a problem and it looks very nice. I will definitely give Ray a call when it is time to reroof my son's house which he recently purchased. Ray was accommodating when I wanted to upgrade the roofing shingle to another manufacturer which was on back order and had to rescedule and wait for the product to arrive rather than try to talk me out of it and move forward with what he had available. That to me is customer service at it's best.

I found Ray after having about a dozen estimates. One of the estimates had been from ""a long-time friend"" who also just happened to be a lesser qualified roofer and sadly tried to take advantage of our relationship by gouging me. I had done considerable research before contacting Ray, including personally visiting 2 former clients to learn about their experience working with him. Prior clients were very happy with him and his work, expressing confidence in his judgement. Ray is a good listener, respectful, and didn't try to pressure me towards particular manufacturer's product lines in order to line his own pockets; he ""will put anything on your roof YOU want."" He never tried to upsell. He didn't require a deposit to start the job, which suggests he has built up either good faith or credit with his suppliers over the years. Permit costs were included in estimate. All materials arrived to the job site on time and were exactly what we ordered, everything to code; he did NOT try to substitute any materials at the last minute. His scheduling and work flow is organized. But, be a little flexible; he doesn't control the weather. Tear off was fast. He showed up punctually each day at 7 a.m. finishing at 3 p.m. The crew cleaned up everyday, leaving no sign of having been there. Ray talks to his crew with kindness and patience, treating them as he himself would like to be talked to. He and his crew work together like a finely tuned machine. He is cordial but exhibits great focus and concentration when working. He finished the job ahead of schedule. He worked with us on doing a challenging upgrade we wanted, at a good price; he is a good problem solver and aims to please. He was fair as we negotiated throughout. He helped with coming up with agreeable solutions to decisions we had to make during the process, but never pressured, and left the decisions to us. He came back to address a couple questions we had at the conclusion of job and had a good attitude about it. Everything went well. He returns all calls and texts promptly from beginning through conclusion of the job, sending pertinent progress photos when I was off-site. He is a real professional. Ray extended the courtesy of taking care of an unrelated issue we had, even though he didn't have to; he went the extra mile! His communication is precise and to the point. He is fair-minded and has an excellent work ethic. The job passed inspection without a problem. I recommend him unequivocably and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. A true artisan craftsman, he takes obvious pride in his work, and rightfully so. He did a beautiful job! If you are going to have a roof done, get on his list sooner rather than later; he's in demand for good reason, and he's worth the wait.
