Highly recommend these guys!!!!! Great communication and very prompt with appointments. The cost to remove, repair and replace my roof was very reasonably. The workers where on the house working at 7am and did not stop till the job was completed. The quality of the work is fantastic. They went well beyond what the job required. I am very pleased with the over all experience and work that was done. Will definitely call on them again!!!

I had to hire a roofer after damage from Hurricane Matthew. Bo, the owner, was very helpful in helping me during the claims process. Was always punctual for any appts and always very responsive to calls when I had questions. When time to get my roof...he and his crew started a day earlier than scheduled. Work was finished fast and I have had no issues with roof since.

Tomorrow marks two months since I first contacted Ragsdale to repair a leaky roof. I was told someone would come by ""tomorrow"" twice and ""next week"" once. That's three times an obligation was not met to repair my roof. My calls and voicemails were unanswered and not replied to and I was not kept up to date when the date mentioned did not work for them.

I finally received a call (after submitting a complaint to BBB) telling me they would not be able to repair my roof because they're too busy.

Meanwhile, my roof has been leaking two months without repair waiting for these guys. I would've preferred someone tell me two months ago that they were booked and wouldn't be able to repair my roof. That would've been acceptable and highly appreciated.

Thanks for wasting my time, Ragsdale.
