Called Radiant to inquire about roofing repairs. While others gave half interested responses Radiant came out looked at the damage, and provided a very reasonable quote. When they did the job, the damage was worse than what was originally visible. They spent extra time and effort to do an excellent repair, explained what was done while walking me through the repairs for inspection. I was expecting a hefty bump in the cost. Not at all, they honored the quote they gave to my surprise.
When I sold the house shortly thereafter, the inspector noted some trivial issues with the roof. I called Radiant, who came out, explained what the inspector was talking about and though it was apparently just a minor issue (not related to their initial repairs) they not only did those repairs they repaired some flashing on a back deck roof that they advised was done incorrectly as well. Outstanding service and work and very reasonable price. Wouldn't use anyone else.
