I can't recommend this company and Rusty enough.

I won't bore you with my backstory, but if you've been dealing with another company, getting yanked around with pricing and timelines.... Cancel them and call radiant.

The price was fantastic, the job was done the same week and so fast. All the neighbors couldn't believe how good it looked and how fast it was completed.

I called on a Monday or Tuesday to just inquire about pricing, and on the same day I had a quote via email, we signed all the documents and everything was scheduled for the same week.

The team showed up early Saturday morning, took everything off the roof, put the new one up, and when I got home from work it was as if no one had even been there.

While they were taking it off they discovered a little bit of rotted decking. The team notified Rusty and he contacted me via text immediately with pricing and options. Super professional, quick, and thorough.

Radiant took what was to be the headache of a lifetime and made it a smooth and basically pain free process

Radiant did the metal roof on our newly constructed New Braunfels, Texas home. When I saw the completed job, I was not pleased. The ""oil canning"" was terrible and it looked like the first job they had ever done. I complained to the superintendent for our builder and he called Radiant to come out and meet with us. Wes Zunker from Radiant came out and tried repeatedly to get us to believe that the job they had done was satisfactory. We were not convinced after looking at other roofs in the neighborhood and even the model home Radiant had done. Our final agreement was that we would wait 6 months hoping the heat would cause the roof to flatten out and make the majority of the roof flatter. Within a week, we received an email from Mr . Zunker stating he had talked to his supplier and was told that this installation was good enough as far as they were concerned. Mr. Zunker sent us an email stating basically that this was the roof we were getting and if we didn't like it, then it was just too bad because they were going back on his word and would do nothing about it in the future.
The workmanship was extremely poor and they left the place in a mess with extra material piled up and left for over 3 weeks on the neighbor's lot. When they left the job site for good, there were pieces of cut metal scattered all around the house that they failed to clean up. I would strongly urge anyone thinking of a roof from this company look elsewhere for better quality and also a company that stands by their word.
