Gives an honest bid that includes everything unlike most companies who gave a bid. The roof was completed the same day by an excellent hard-working, professional crew and looks great. They even do a thorough cleanup before they leave. I love my new roof.

Had our old roof replaced. Looks great now! Price was very reasonable. Crew got the whole job done in a day - from 6:30 AM until 8:00 PM. Cleanup was meticulous. Would definitely recommend! IDK about these other bad reviews, but our experience was great, and would recommend.

I can't thank Rackley Roofing and Supply enough for the swift and quality job replacing my roof! Not only was David's estimate honest and fair compared to the other quotes I received, but I was also able to replace the old shingles with architectural shingles which are more durable, visually appealing, and have a longer life. I would highly recommend calling David Rackley for all of your roofing needs. He was honest with all of my questions and dependable throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure to work with him!

I would never use this company. They were paid $1,000.00 per townhome in our community, in advance, just to paint each small exterior of the townhomes. They entered into an agreement with our HOA, to provide the services, back in early April. It is late June and they only completed about 1/3rd of the small units. there are 30 some odd townhomes within our HOA community.

After many phone calls, to David, the owner of the company, we got thru. He was at Pocono Raceway, enjoying the summer, instead of back at the job site, facilitating completion of the job, for which he was previously paid to perform. After several excuses about the last 2 months, having rain every day, (not even close), he promised that he would have our townhome finished by June 18, 2018. That deadline also, has come and gone with no signs of completion in sight. Over the last few weeks, we see maybe 4 people working, only one (1) day per week, on the job.


I guess once your paid, you can move on to other jobs, and just come back and finish, when they feel like discharging their legal obligations under contract.

The fact of the matter, is that we have ALL paid $1,000.00 each, over 2 months ago, thru our HOA, and once again, on a perfectly sunny morning, we see zero activity from this company, even attempting to look like they are wanting to finish the job.


All phone calls, are turned over to a VM system, with no responses from management, period.


If you are foolish enough to use this company, make sure YOU DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE!


Do not use this company, without a solid contractual timeline of services to be provided. And hold them to it.

David, owner of Rackley Roofing, came to give the estimate immediately. The quote was more than reasonable. We agreed on a date a few weeks out to start the job. The team was at my house fist thing in the morning, as promised. Great job and good cleanup, David was always available for questions, returned calls promptly and on sight throughout the process. Highly recommended!

The best experience we've had with a contractor. The owner , Mr. Rackley, came out personally to go over all the details of the job and came back when the job was completed to, to walk around and expect the finished product. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I can't say enoughabout how good that made we feel about the work that was done. His workers came back and left our yard looking just like they were never here. The roof is beautiful, came out better than I expected and we are now motivated to get the rest of our projects done. We will be calling Mr. Rackley back for whatever jobs his company can do...He has earned our trust and loyalty.

Make sure you get your quote in very specific terms. We were overcharged and also the job was not completed. Now they want more money to finish the job. Very disappointing.

I can't say enough!! I would use this company again in a heartbeat and will refer them to everyone I know! We had an unexpected leak in our roof and explained the urgency to the owner, David. He moved some things around and was able to install our new roof over the weekend. The whole process from beginning to end took 5 days, from me calling to the fished product and he was the best price around. The service was amazing! The workers were polite, respectful and cleaned up every bit of garbage from the property. Don't look any further! You've found the right company.
