Raber Roofing is run by sisters, Alma and Malinda.
They bring more than 20 years of expertise in roofing and customer care, ready to provide you with an exceptional roofing experience.
Born into an Amish family in Missouri, Alma is the youngest of 16 siblings.
At 11, she became a foster child and moved to Florida independently at 15.
She started her roofing career at 18 and has spent over 20 years in the industry.
Alma was the Vice President of a roofing firm in Sarasota for 15 years.
Although her Amish upbringing limited her education to the 8th grade, she sought a better future after leaving that life in 1998.
In 2017, she pursued her GED and followed up with construction classes in 2018 to obtain her roofing license.
As a mother of four, her children hold a special place in her heart.
She has raised her children from babies, often taking them to job sites, even placing them in car seats on flat roofs to ensure projects were completed on time.
Her children have grown and are now 16, 14, 11, and 9.
She is on-site for every project, collaborating with her team and delivering exceptional customer service.
