Sisters Alma and Malinda lead Raber Roofing.
They bring more than 20 years of expertise in roofing and customer care, ready to provide you with an exceptional roofing experience.
Born into an Amish family in Missouri, Alma is the youngest of 16 siblings.
At the age of 11, she became a foster child and, by 15, had moved to Florida by herself.
Alma began her roofing journey at 18 and has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the field.
For 15 years, she served as Vice President of a roofing company in Sarasota.
Having been restricted to an 8th-grade education due to her Amish upbringing, she aspired for more after leaving that life in 1998.
In 2017, she completed her GED and continued with construction courses in 2018 to achieve her roofing license.
Her four children are a top priority in her life.
She raised them from infancy, often bringing them along on jobs, even having them in car seats on flat roofs to ensure timely project completion.
Today, her children are 16, 14, 11, and 9 years old.
Alma is present at every job, working closely with her crew and providing outstanding customer service.
