Raber Roofing is run by sisters, Alma and Malinda.
With 20+ years in the roofing industry and customer service, they look forward to offering you a top-notch roofing experience.
Alma, the youngest of 16 children, hails from an Amish family in Missouri.
She entered foster care at 11 and relocated to Florida on her own at 15.
Alma began her roofing journey at 18 and has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the field.
For 15 years, she served as Vice President of a roofing company in Sarasota.
Her Amish background kept her in school only until the 8th grade, but after leaving in 1998, she yearned for a better education.
In 2017, she completed her GED and continued with construction courses in 2018 to achieve her roofing license.
As a mother of four, her children hold a special place in her heart.
From a young age, she involved her children in her work, sometimes having them in car seats on flat roofs to meet deadlines.
Today, her children are 16, 14, 11, and 9 years old.
At every job, Alma works alongside her crew, ensuring top-tier customer service.
