The ownership of Raber Roofing belongs to sisters Alma and Malinda.
With over 20 years of experience in roofing and customer service, they are eager to deliver an A+ roofing experience to you.
Alma, the youngest of 16 children, hails from an Amish family in Missouri.
She entered foster care at 11 and relocated to Florida on her own at 15.
Alma began her roofing journey at 18 and has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the field.
Alma was the Vice President of a roofing firm in Sarasota for 15 years.
Having been restricted to an 8th-grade education due to her Amish upbringing, she aspired for more after leaving that life in 1998.
She earned her GED in 2017 and then took construction classes in 2018 to secure her roofing license.
Her four children are a top priority in her life.
She has raised her children from babies, often taking them to job sites, even placing them in car seats on flat roofs to ensure projects were completed on time.
Today, her children are 16, 14, 11, and 9 years old.
She is on-site for every project, collaborating with her team and delivering exceptional customer service.
