Raber Roofing is run by sisters, Alma and Malinda.
With over 20 years of experience in roofing and customer service, they are eager to deliver an A+ roofing experience to you.
Alma, the youngest of 16 children, hails from an Amish family in Missouri.
At the age of 11, she became a foster child and, by 15, had moved to Florida by herself.
Starting at 18, she has dedicated more than 20 years to the roofing industry.
She held the position of Vice President at a Sarasota roofing company for 15 years.
Having been restricted to an 8th-grade education due to her Amish upbringing, she aspired for more after leaving that life in 1998.
In 2017, she pursued her GED and followed up with construction classes in 2018 to obtain her roofing license.
Her four children are a top priority in her life.
She has raised her children from babies, often taking them to job sites, even placing them in car seats on flat roofs to ensure projects were completed on time.
Her children have grown and are now 16, 14, 11, and 9.
She is on-site for every project, collaborating with her team and delivering exceptional customer service.
