So, that's the first time I've had nothing bad to say. It's the second time I'm replacing the roof. The first company was horrible, and I had a neighbor who referred me to Raa Roofing, so thanks for that. It came out beautifully. Everything went smoothly and easily from start to end. RAA roofing has some of the most amazing prices. I spoke with Jonathan and he was very professional and catering to what was best for my roof. I love the end results I believe Alex was the guy who was in charge of my roof and it came out amazing. I'm ready for the winter and the more harsh weather.

OH MAN!!!! Where do I start these guys were AMAZING , I normally post reviews when service is bad but this experience has to be in my top 10 I would like to thank Jonny for exceptional communication with me during my busy schedule and assured me everything will go as planned in a timely manner, answering all my questions and emails in detail very professional indeed I will also like to thank Roy for doing all the roof work and also putting up with all my questions Roy is super professional throughout our conversations I got a sense that this guy really knows his profession and pricing was on point got a great deal .Will be recommending my friends and family , thanks guys great job

I live in Encino, I called RAA roofing after getting quote from other contractors i choose in the end RAA ROOFING they came not with cheapest quote but I felt they professional , they came in 5 days finish my roof , gutter replace and even facial board in some areas that was damage without extra charge .I really recommend to work with them I am sure I will be there customer for life .

I called to schedule a time for roofing. They called me so many times and then the Secretery transfer to the owner they schedule a time then they called back to get more questions answered. They ask me to commit to 90 min appoitment with a roofer. It's just a roof not a rocket science. I'm very upset with the service that was provided

The folks at RAA were kind, clear and knowledgeable in assessing the job, the time it would take, and the pricing. They redid the entire roof of our midsize home in less time than expected. It looks great. Both the company owners and the workers were great as people and as professionals, I had great conversations with them, roofing related and non roofing related

These guys are absolute best! We did a large and complex project on Oakhampon Street, Thousand Oaks with many challenges - discontinued replacement tile, complex roof style and of course torrential rains throwing us off a tight timeline. Every single time the Project Manager Omri and Company Owner Moti would get personally involved and take responsibility with no questions asked. Need I mention that they also beat 4 ""competitive"" bids from other roofing companies? Overall it was a very positive experience and a will keep them as my prima choice for future projects.

Update Feb 2024:
We used RAA Roofing again today to do a rush fix of a leak that started during three days of torrential rain (previously, they did an outstanding job for us reroofing a sizable part of our home. BTW - to be clear, this new leak was not in the area of their previous work). And their work for us today was again outstanding. Afek came out to the property within about an hour and a half of our call and did the diagnosis/fix himself. After the fix was completed, he remained onsite for some time, just to make sure the fix was indeed solving the problem. And the fee they charged ended up being considerably less than their initial phone estimate (which was done based only on my description of the issue). Such a great company. Highly, highly recommended and very appreciated.


Nov 2023:
RAA did an outstanding job for us on a replacement of a sizable portion of our asphalt shingled roof. Their price was in the same ballpark as the other reputable roofers we contacted and they got to our job more quickly than others were able to (and got the job done extremely quickly). We love that they're a small family company and it was easy to see how experienced their team was (the lead roofer had been roofing for nearly 50 years). We would especially like to thank Afek (the project manager). Absolutely outstanding communication (even on the weekend) and he was present on-site for nearly every moment of the job. Definitely a guy who gets his hands dirty along with the rest of the team, which is exactly what we'd hope for in a project manager. Right from the start, when he did an incredibly thorough job tarp'ing our roof (rain was imminent in the days before the project could be started), all the way till the end when he was the last person on the job site and did the final clean up personally, we were continually so impressed and appreciative of him. We asked him countless questions both before and during the job, and he always patiently and thoroughly answered them, and went the extra mile addressing some additional requests we had. Would highly, highly recommend RAA and especially Afek. Our new roof looks great and is a perfect match to the pre-existing roof. Thanks for the great job!

While in North Carolina I was able to set up a yelp project for roofing contractors using the project tab. RAA was the first company to respond within minutes. They followed up with a phone call a few mins after for more detailed information and set up an appointment quick and easy. The process was thorough and extensive when visiting the site for the job and after a full inspection amwe sat down and discussed the details and received a quote on site. While I didn't choose RAA due to combining projects with my general contractor I would highly recommend them for roofing needs!

This family owned business is extremely conscientious. We called for estimate. They came right out did the whole repair in a very timely matter. My husband thought he saw a weak spot. Rodem was here in less than an hour to make sure it was done properly. It was, but he explained what my husband had seen.
Need work done call them! Very kind, fair, and seemed completely honest!
