When was the last time you were completely happy with the work you received from a vendor???? Well, it's been some time for me and I am not sure where to begin. Joseph, of R and A Roofing, came out to give me an estimate on replacing the roof on my patio cover. I needed 3 estimates, and he was my second. From the moment he set foot onto my property I just knew R and A Roofing was the way to go, they are so professional, experienced, informative, and efficient, along with being extremely fair in pricing. The job was completed in one day. The crew was very polite, they knew what to do and they did it, leaving the property cleaner than when they began. And the finished product is perfection!! I found R&A on Google & saw that they were highly rated. As soon as I contacted Joseph, he came out to give an estimate. I did shop around and found that his prices are very reasonable. I did wait a month or more before reaching back out to them because I was trying to find the best contractor for us. The reason I chose to go with this company was because of the fast response time, detailed quote, and the transparency.
R&A has really gone above and beyond my expectations of what home improvement services should be. He has been very patient throughout the process as I live out of town and had to act as a translator between my mother & him. He sends pictures during each step of the roofing process and he actually calls/texts with updates. I usually have to pull teeth to get updates from people so it's really refreshing to have someone update me. Highly recommended.

We used R&A Roofing to totally replace our roof. They were very responsive and professional. I loved that they used a drone to photograph our roof from start to finish and made us a video to document the entire replacement. Their workmanship was to perfection and from getting the permits to completing the job they kept right on schedule. Their crew worked hard and cleaned our property after each workday. Alex and his crew recently re-roof my 8 unit apartment building in Pasadena. We had so much rain this winter season that the roof finally gave out. I had tenants in the building so the leak had to be taken care of right away. I called Alex and he was was able to complete the job within a week, including permit and city inspection. The old roof was removed (unlike some roofer who would just put a new roof on top of the old roof), any damaged plywood was replaced, new black paper, and then shingles. The new roof was completed just in time before we had another 6 weeks of heavy rain.

The price for all that work he did was very reasonable. We are planning to have him re-roof another property in a few months.
