We had water damage in our kitchen and this was our first experience as homeowners. The extent of damage was not only to the cabinets but also the flooring. Of course our insurance company low balled us and tried convincing me that replacing only the bottom cabinet unders the sink and patching the floor was necessary.
A good friend referred Jeremy and his team at R4 restoration and he was a life saver. After close inspection we not only need water remediation but extensive work to make us whole again. Jeremy and Sean were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to our every need. Because of his expertise and familiarity with working directly with the insurance companies, we were able to get a entirely new kitchen. New flooring throughout the house ( due to discontinued flooring ), all new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and fixtures. R4 restoration was truly a Godsend and I highly recommend their services if you want a company based on honesty and integrity.

R4 Restoration did not follow through with any of their promises of qualified licensed employees. Every day I got it a unlicensed subcontractor that did not know how to do any of the work that was needed to be done. After several months we had to finally fire the company and hire a lawyer! Jeremy is extremely difficult to work with and is not forthcoming.
Please do not make the same mistake!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Do NOT call them for a quote or let your insurance company call them for a quote. You will be billed $750 for things you didn't authorize! And left with a hole in your ceiling!

R4 was a breeze to work with. I called them at 9:00am after a kitchen flood and the first truck arrived at 9:30am. Everyone was wonderful with communication about the process and getting the work done. Matthew was very accommodating checking moisture levels over the week of Christmas. Paulo had a wonderful eye for the detail and was very thorough in the rebuild. Hasani kept me in the loop every step of the way.

Everyone on their team was wonderful to work with and I do appreciated all of their help understanding how the insurance side works. Nobody ever wants any type or water damage to occur to their home in the first place, but if that does happen this team makes every step of the process so much easier.

I will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

R4 is the best for any construction, emergency, or disinfection service. I've used them for years and they respond quickly in an emergency, they do a super thorough job and the customer service is great. With the two times I had water damage they were there within a few hours cleaning up and getting things started. Recently I was able to have them come and disinfect the dentist office where I work, Johns Creek Dental Associates. And they did great job as usual. They helped us isolate some open rooms and installed negative pressure filtration systems for us. It was great having professional help and they even provided some awesome photos and video footage for us to use in our social media posts. I would definitely recommend them, especially for disinfection of any business facility. Thanks guys!

I couldn't have been happier with the service! We had what started as a slow leak under our kitchen sink, which quickly developed into a geyser spraying from the top of the faucet (yes, just like in the movies, but a whole lot less funny), which flooded a few parts of the kitchen. Mold had developed underneath the sink from the slow leak, and when the waterpark opened through the faucet, both hardwood floor and carpeting was damaged. I worked with Matthew from R4 and he was really friendly, extremely responsive, punctual, and respectful. His team worked quickly, and they were considerate of the fact that I have two small children so everything needed to be as clean and safe as possible. Matthew was always able to answer questions for me, and he made working with my homeowners' insurance 100% easier and less anxiety-provoking. I am super happy with the service and feel great knowing that I now have a reliable company to go to in the event of another dramatic emergency in my house!

Scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks out since that was as soon as they could come and longer than I wanted. Day came they didn't show. Called, they had no idea what I was talking about. Asked them to reschedule, they called back said they don't go that far. I had taken off for the estimate. A little advice, put that on 3rd party apps you use so folks can know and you stop wasting others time.

I hired R4 Restoration / Briemer Construction to renovate my home after a water damage claim. I had to resort to getting a lawyer and serving Jeremy after failing to replace items in my home. An employee did not factor in the removal of a window in my bathroom. The option they gave was to build over a window which would remain visible to the outside. His crew ripped out my tub and shower and refused to pay me for it. The company was paid for items that were not installed. They were fired.. Beware they function under multiple names. The owner is also disrespectful in the way he speaks to women. They will make customers sign contracts to NOT allow bad reviews. It will be in line 3 of their contracts. Good reviews may be fake. I have pictures of the poor work.

I am a property manager of multiple rental properties, and it seems like we are always having issues (usually all due to water!) I love that i have a trusted company that I can call, day or night, when disaster strikes. I have used R4 on multiple occasions, and can tell you that they are reliable, courteous, competent, and experienced. Jeremy (the owner) is fantastic to work with, and his crew are all professional as well. When I call R4, I know it will be taken care of: from diagnosis, to clean-up, to putting everything back together again. And they will help navigate the complexities of dealing with the insurance companies as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job, large of small. I have even used them multiple times for issues at my personal home.

I will start by saying I am not the easiest customer to please. I have high expectations and only give praise when I sincerely feel its deserved. From my initial contact with Jeremy, until the job was complete I felt that the company was a diamond in the rough. With so many claiming to provide top notch, its hard to find one that really does. Brimer not only earns my gratitude, but also my respect for being honest and professional throughout every phase of my home project. Thanks again and I will certainly keep you in mind for all future projects.
