Thanks to the only 1 review I found for this company I decided to call for a Quote, now i regret it big time. I assumed due that great review this company was an honest and reliable company but to my surprise they are a shady company; or you tell me if this is the way companies are making money now.
I called to get a QUOTE on a roof repair, if you can call it that to glue down a loose tile, it took about a week to have someone to come to look at my roof, when the guy arrive he started to criticize the builder and how defective my roof was, at the end he quote me for a crazy amount of money, so I decided to consider other companies (which don't charge for free quotes) to do the fix.
Three week later I received a bill for $75.00 dollars, I assume it was a mistake since I have not signed or agreed to enter in any way into a contract with the company, I called and the same lady from which I talked to first told me that I have to pay or she'll send me to collection, she didn't care what I think and companies don't give out free quotes.
SO, beware before you call this company make sure to ask them how much they'll charge for a QUOTE otherwise they'll never tell you and bill you.
