Robert Reis did a FABULOUS job on a listing which needed a new roof to satisfy the lender. Robert was able to accommodate a very short turnaround time.
He showed up on time as scheduled and finished the job quickly.

They were also very well priced.
Robert was always super responsive. Many other companies I contacted were slow in responding to calls, emails and texts. And Robert never used any pushy sales tactics....very easy to deal with. He just gave me what was needed. He was also exceptional with the administrative side. Very professional organization.

We just moved into a new house and Robert came to inspect our roof. Robert provided good advice on what needed to be done and performed the work the following day. He doesn't advise you to do unnecessary work and does not overcharge. He is very professional, reasonable in price, very responsive & reliable, and performs quality work. I highly recommend him and definitely will use him again.

Robert seemed like he had experience with roofing. So I excepted his estimate. He pushed back doing the work first because of the rain,then because of family emergency,then hurt his back,then emailed me that he would be coming the next day at 7:30am. He did not showup or call to explain why. He did not answer the phone when I called. That is not a very good impression.

We had a great experience with R Squared. Robert squeezed us in on a Saturday and was there early, ready to crawl up on the roof of a house we were considering buying, even though it was wet and sprinkling. He looked over our initial inspection and then thoroughly inspected the roof, taking photos of some of the issues he came across on his phone to share with us when he came down afterwards.

He was quick to give us our quote, and did a wonderful job of explaining what we'd need to do in order to just patch up the roof or re-roof the house completely. When its time for us to start working on the roof of our new house, we'll call Robert again. I've already referred him to a couple of family members.

I'm hesitant to give this review because I can be selfish when I find a good vendor! ...but I have to give credit when credit is due: I contacted Robert at the height of the rainy season, and he came through with flying colors! We are a property management company with many vendors and many clients. I always make the first phone call to R Squared before anyone else. I know I can trust their professional opinion. They repair when a repair can be made, at agreeable prices. They let you know when the roof is too far gone for repair and needs to be replaced. Roberts bids are always competitive, and his service is top notch!

Rob and his crew did an outstanding job with repairing our roof after the last round of storms damaged the ridge and tore off shingles, resulting in a nasty leak inside the house. My husband and I recently bought a house and used R squared services for roof inspection. Robert was excellent. He did a thorough inspection and explained his work to us very patiently. I felt that he was honest and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell us anything unnecessary. We called him back to do some minor patching up on the roof as well.
