I have been looking for discontinued roof tile for a few weeks and today I went to R&S. Tony went above and beyond to check his yard and found the exact tile that I needed. I couldn't recommend this place more. Tony is a great guy!

I broke a few roof tiles while trimming some trees. I don't know anything about roofing. I chose R&S because I saw their picture online of all the roofing tiles they have. I walked in with the broken Tile and the super nice sales guy immediately knew what type it was. He walked me out to the yard and got me exactly what I needed in a small quantity for a great price. It did make my day after trying to cover the exposed roof in the rain. Thank you!

Terrific customer service!! I came in yesterday looking for a bundle of shingles to match my current roof. I brought in a shingle for reference and they quickly identified the make of the shingle and informed me that they did not carry that brand but pointed me in the right direction. The manager even took time to ask me about my project and gave me some tips to complete it.

These guys are great!!!! They have great customer service. I am in construction and I have used these guys for many years. They always take care of us and they truly care about our business and helping us grow as a company. I have been in there many times when someone off the street just walks in too do a project and they treat them just as good. Most homeowners know very little about roofing and they take their time to explain it to them to make sure they are buying the right product for what there needs are. The main people in the office Joe, Eli and Eric make this company run the way a company should be.If you want a group of people that are honest and truly cares about your upcoming project or your business I would definitely recommend!!

These guys know how to treat customers. I came to them to order supplies for my barn roof. They were helpful, courteous and had great prices. If other big supply houses don't want to give you the time of day, come here. They will be my go to place in the future and I will recommend them to all.

This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. They came and did $2500.00 of damage on my driveway because the Driver was too lazy to evaluate my driveway before coming up the road, and are refusing to pay for the damage. Not my fault there driver was incompetent and cant drive. when I called Joe the Manager, he was extremely rude and I was just horrified by the Customer service or should I say lack of. I even spoke to Allen the owner of the company out of Sacramento and he was just as rude. I told him I would like to get this resolved and he was an absolute Jerk. He wouldn't listen instead when I tried to talk he spoke rudely over me and told me it's not his problem. This company is a Joke. If you need supplies brought to your house for roofing I would strongly recommend another company.

We received a Summons yesterday because this company allowed another company, King Roofing of Fresno to have roofing materials without paying. King Roofing never paid R & S Supply for the materials. My neighbors who used King Roofing as well, received the Summons and a lien on our houses. The Summons should go to King Roofing who did not pay. Why did R & S Supply allow a company to have thousands of dollars of materials without payment? This has nothing to do with me. Both companies are in error and taking advantage of this situation. Shame.
