Robert is a huge advocate for his clients with insurance agencies. We had some major issues with USAA trying to cut corners that would have cut the quality of the roof so much that it wouldn't pass inspection. He took photographs of his work along the way to show that his company does not cut corners. His employees also worked quick and efficiently. You cannot get better quality service than Rob and his team.

We've had several shingles that were blown away from some recent gusty thunderstorms and I was pretty certain that we needed a complete roof replacement due to the last time it was changed. Rob came out promptly for an estimate and I was surprised that we didn't need any major roof repair, just only needing a few shingles replaced. R&R Industries is an outstanding company. I received prompt assistance when my roof leaked. Rob assisted me in making a claim to my insurance and completed my new roof before the next storm hit. His staff was courteous and was extremely careful in covering and protecting my rose bushes and other plants around my house. They covered the edge of my pool nearest the house and cleaned up all debris before leaving. I highly recommend R&R Industries!!

I don't live in the same state anymore but I needed a new roof. Since I was new to insurance claims, I trusted other reviews and I was not dissapointed. Rob walked me through everything and kept in constant contact. He took plenty of before and after pictures.

While I was in the early stages and getting other opinions, he covered holes in my roofing to stop damage from ocuring. He didn't have to do that. And best of all, it was done in record time! I was seriously shocked. I will be going nowhere else for my roofing needs on my other houses.

Rob was awesome! He's great with communication and goes the extra mile to take care of your roof and your needs. My roof was in horrible condition due to it being old and weather damage. I filed a claim with my insurance company and had few complications during with the claim. I contacted Rob, and he was more than willing to help me. I phoned R&R Industries to look at my rental house after a hail storm ripped off some shingles. He immediately assessed AND repaired the flap of shingles that blew off FOR FREE!! He also relayed that it wouldn't hurt to phone my insurance company to also have them assess the roof, since it looked like it took a beating. Had he not cared or just looked at the flap of blow shingles, I would not have known that the entire roof and gutter system needed replaced. His thoroughness and excellent customer service have definitely raised the bar for others in the industry!!! I highly recommend giving him a call!!

I booked RR industries to come out and give me an estimate to repair a roof that suffered hail damaged. The Sr Roofer immediately came out checked out the roof gave me an estimate and booked the job. His team was courtesy, laid out nets & tarps to not damage the lawn and cleaned up all debris very professionally. I highly recommend this companies services!!!! As for aesthetics and durability the roof looks better than the original roof replaced !!!!!!!
