Ryan kept in contact throughout the day and walked me through the whole process of filing my claim and getting everything set up and scheduled. The crew were all professional and did an amazing job!

Reached out to them twice with in a week, and no response after contacting their customer service rep. Both times their rep told us that a technician would reach out with in 24 hrs,..no one called. I have never left a bad review before, but I feel like this needs to be addressed. We've decided to go else where for our roof repair, and unfortunately for me it will be from a non-local company. When it comes to home repair I generally prefer going with local businesses; so that way hard working folks within the community can continue to sustain their way of life and they can continue to grow. In this case a business opportunity was surely missed on their part.

I am one happy customer. We had a heavy rain yesterday and found that there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling. I immediately called R & R Industries and received a call back immediately from the assistant. She was very nice and told me she would send someone out. Jaime Ruiz called me a few minutes later and told me he would be out later to check it out. This guy was so polite and friendly on the phone and in person. So polite. Very respectful. Bottom line he fixed my roof the next day. If anyone ever need a roof on their house I highly recommend R&R Industries Roofing. They are very reasonable and the workers are very professional. R & R roofing was called for an estimate on hail damage to my roof. Jaimie came out and did a thorough job on the roof and the inside for the leak. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and I had plenty. The process was easy and he was very patient. The roofers came early that morning and put tarp over the whole yard. I had to leave the house so I wasn't there as they did the work. Jaimie sent me pictures of the house as they worked and kept me in the loop. They were fast and clean. When I arrived home you could not even tell they had been there outside of the roof being new. They were excellent and my roof looks amazing. He went out of his way through the whole process.

Shingles on my roof have been coming loose over the past wind storms in Central Texas. After my own delays, I finally started calling around. R & R Industries was the only company that was able to provide a quick turn around. I wasn't experiencing leaks, but they're the only company that even asked upfront. My estimate was giving on the same day of the call. They were also willing to complete my repairs on the same day since I had new shingles readily available. I recommend R & R Industries for roof repairs due to wind/storm damage. I'm extremely pleased with the service R & R provided.

I met Jamie Ruiz after I saw him working on my neighbors roof and so when my house was hit by the latest windstorm and I had some missing shingles , I called Jamie and explained my situation with the missing shingles.
Jamie was quick to respond and made time out of his busy schedule to come to my house and make the repairs before the next rain showers hit the neighborhood.

Tirso was able to get me an appointment the very next week. The crew of about 10-15 showed up at 7am and got to work and were done at about 1130am. They cleaned up everything and even went so far as to install a new exhaust vent for my bathroom fan and paint all the rooftop hardware black to blend in with the new shingles. Awesome job, highly recommend.
