We used R&R Roofing to make a roof repair our home shortly before we sold it. The company was recommended by the buyers agent. I was really impressed that when they evaluated the roof leak over the edge of our pool deck ( thankfully it was not leaking into the interior of the house) they gave us ""good"", ""better"" and ""best"" options depending on how long we expected to wait before the entire 20 year old tile roof would be replaced. Their quote to do the job was competitive with the other bids we received from other roofing contractors. They explained the pros and cons of each option and we discussed the alternatives with prospective buyers. Ultimately we selected the ""good"" (lowest priced option).

An adjacent section of the roof was previously repaired by another company and when R&R looked at it they advised that the prior company did not do an adequate job. They fixed the new leak and at no additional fee, improved the prior company's fix on the adjacent section (30 feet from the new leak). They sent a large crew and completed the repair in a single day. When I got the bill to total changed was $100.00 LESS than I was originally quoted (what a nice surprise). Their team was conscientious, professional, and cleaned up their work area. Since the repair was only preformed last month I can't comment on its long-term performance but so far our experience with this company was great. If I ever need a roofing repair on our new home this will be the first company I call.
