They didn't do the work they were supposed to do , but I paid them because I had agreed to pay when the job was done, my mistake. When I asked them to refund my money because they didn't do the work they had given me the estimate for, they've ignored me. I am a senior citizen and $150 is a lot of money to me. Don't give them your business, they are will cheat you.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I really was hoping I wouldn't have to write a bad review for this company; however, they have been HORRIBLE. So, installing the roof was no problem and it looked beautiful. Then I had made arrangements for another contract to come and replace some exterior boards on the house under the roof that had decayed. When he started pulling them off, the roof under the new shingles crumbled like paper. He immediately stopped to come get me to come and look. He could actually stick his finger through the wood under the shingles. So instead of replacing the decking like they should have then installed the new shingles over rotting decking along the edge of the roof. And then on further examination I realized on the other side of the house, they had replaced the decking but didn't by the right materials to match. So, the phone calls started. Heather assured me they would fix it. I called numerous times and then she quit answering when I called...left numerous messages over a 3-4 week period. Then...I decided to call from my work phone and she answered!!! She then apologized and said she would have them come out the following week. Of course, the day they came I couldn't be there but she assured me they would fix everything. Needless to say, when I returned I found a 8x8 foot patched area on my roof where the shingles don't match (same color, different shade)! And..it looks like the decking they used is thinner that the original so there is a dip in the roof. So, I started calling again...of course, she won't answer my phone. I've sent her numerous text messages hoping I would get her to resolve the issue before I went public. Now, I am going to do more than that..legal action will be necessary to hopefully get them to fix it right! There guarantee is BS, don't buy it. They won't return calls and then won't do quality work.
