Had roof installed by them 9 years ago and they were very professional. Showed up on time, did great job and left no mess. Recently had leak and they came out two times to evaluate the issue. They went above and beyond in correcting issue. They fixed issue quickly and showed the same professionalism as they did at install. Was surprised at the response given this was a warranty issue and I was not paying them for the fix. I rarely recommend anyone but would recommend them without hesitation.

Not a customer nor will ever recommend. My neighbor utilized this company and I asked their workers to move one of 8 vehicles at the worksite. Their van was blocking my mailbox and asked at 730am if they could move the van by noon or the mailman would not deliver. The worker said leave me alone it's a public road. I spoke to another worker and he said nope he's not moving it to get away b***ch! I said fine I'll call law enforcement which I did. There was a pickup that was double parked the whole time and after I walked away a gentleman hopped out of the truck and I overheard him ask the problem. He said don't worry about it. I explained to this man the issue and he just shrugged it off. Of course they have a job to do but not at the expense of my normal day to day activity.

Very pleased with this company!! Had a few tiles that needed to be replaced due to storm breaking tree branch and landed on house. They came out gave me a great quote & had fixed the next day. I had called 2 other companies, one never returned my call after 2 attempts & the other didn't show up when said but showed up later in day and gave me a decent quote (maybe high but I'm not the expert) but higher than McGuire's. I had already scheduled with McGuire being the other company didn't show up at scheduled time and glad I did! McGuire's were great to work with and better price!!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! I manage an apartment complex that this company put a new roof on, it started leaking, took a long time to identify where/why leak occured. It took me 3 months, winter months, to get them out there to re-do roof. I am still having a leak in another unit, same roof, and now this company wont return our phone calls or reply to emails!
A big fat thumbs down! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!

Well, based on previous reviews I guess I was the lucky customer. I used this company blindly, I had called 3 other places and only one had bothered to give me an estimate but never called me back to schedule a day. McGuire Roofing called me the second week of January just like they said they would (I had called before the holidays). We set a repair date, they showed up on time, got it done in a few hours, and there was no mess. We had a leak that had destroyed our kitchen ceiling, and we knew it was coming from around the AC. They agreed to fix the roof around the AC for even less than than the first guy we called. The leak has not returned, even with all the heavy storms we have gotten. I am very happy with the work, the results, and the customer service.

Terrible experience.....
Over a month late on the start time, multiple delays and a horrible mess left behind.
Phone calls never returned regarding the promised cleanup. Just interested in collecting check & moving to the next victim!

Horrible customer service. Didn't show up on the agreed upon day and didn't even return our messages for over a week. Finally did the work leaving a huge mess behind. Refused to clean up the mess or touch up the paint that they had scratched off. Do yourself a favor and use another roofer.

They showed up when they said they would, and finished when they said they would. (Which isn't common with home improvement contractors) The clean up could have been a little better as I found some discarded material in shrubs and a hedge. However overall my experience with this roofing company was positive, and I would use them again.

UPDATE**** was woken up this morning at 4:46 when my sheetrock in the closet came crashing down. This is the SAME place its been leaking since roy installed my roof THE SAME FRIGGIN PLACE! Now I will have to replace sheetrock AGAIN. Do not use this jokes company if you value your stuff because its ruined several things of mine and im about to sell the house and move because im sick of fixing his screw ups each winter!

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on 2 occasions - both times waited and nobody showed up. The woman scheduling appointments (the owner's daughter) couldn't care less with no apology on either occasion for wasting my time. Called Roy the owner and he didn't really care either, and I heard someone (his daughter, I think) in the background yell F*** OFF. Charming.
If you try and hire these losers, you can't say you haven't been warned.
