I, unfortunately, paid them before the work was completed. So my roof is incomplete And after 21 attempts to contact and more than a month trying to reach them, I will have to pay other companies to finish the work I paid R.L. Hayes to complete.

Less than 15 years ago, we tried another local roofer. Needless to say, they did not follow the standards or installation required for our structure. After researching local roofers and considering availability, we chose RLH. From the inspection, estimate, service visit, installation, post-inspection, follow-up call, and clean up they were OUTSTANDING. All professionals were polite. Their thorough cleanup at the end of each day and final sweep after the job was IMPRESSIVE. I am so pleased. If you need a roof repair or replacement in the CSRA invest in RLH. Otherwise, you will regret it and call them in a few years.

I called this company after another company let me down. I called them to come perform a simple repair on a piece of siding that had fallen and broke off of my home. They answered quickly and sent someone out the next day to provide an estimate. They explained that I didn't have to be home and that the tech would call me if I was needed.

Dean called and told me he would get me an estimate by the next day. He did just that. He told me he would order the part and have it fixed as quickly as possible.

He received the part and it was fixed within that same week. They fixed it while I was at work so didn't disturb me at all. They were quick, professional, responsive and overall great. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I chose Hayes roofing after talking to three local roofing companies. Mr. Hayes was polite and answered all my questions. Even calling him several times because I didn't understand the process. I needed a whole new roof. And was very glad to have someone who I felt was fair and honest. His team was here bright and early. They finished the job in one day. Mr. Hayes stopped by during the day to check on progress. And someone came by a couple of days later to run the magnet across the yard, one last time. I was completely satisfied with the whole process. I gladly recommend Hayes roofing.
