Horrible experience. Jaime convinced us to go though Insurance company stating that they would negotiate with them but they did nothing of the sort. 5 months into the process, they sent me an attorney proposal for me to hire and fight with the Insurance company (which I refused to sign) even though they said they would be doing that on my behalf. Even though they repeatedly told me that it was illegal for the Insurance company to cancel my policy during a claim, the Insurance company cancelled my policy anyway. After 5 months of absolute BS from RK Roofing, I went with another company. Even met with the General Manager to resolve this matter, and to add insult to injury they sent me a $20,125 ""discounted price"" from the original $24,079 they sent to the Insurance company.
I WOULD VERY MUCH SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We contacted R&K Roofing for an estimate on a new roof. The sales representative, Jamie, provided us with an estimate the same day. Jamie was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and was not pushy. R&K completed our roof as scheduled. The roofers damaged a section of the fascia and smudged the wall. The company repaired the damage to our satisfaction! Totally satisfied with the work.

First two photos 2018 next two photos 2020 in 2018 paid R & K Certified Roofing Bunnell Florida one of the owners Ken Reed to repair leaks in my roof which also had done damage to the ceiling in the front of my home two years later same area of the repair same situation they left my ceiling and wall an unsightly mess pictures I have 2018 send photo to David Wadell of my ceiling and wall no correction was done their handyman Larry Waters attempted to very much over charge me for his ceiling and wall repair $600 that is Walters work on the wall you see this is how it was left and remains today Walter instructed me to paint over all it would be fine. Friday May 22, 20/20 around 3 p.m. spoke with Angela of R & K Roofing very weird statement from her saying I had called earlier that day which was untrue I've left voicemail in David Wadell's box when transfer to it left 2nd message on David Wadell voice mail and Wednesday May 27th I called twice 8:05 a.m. spoke to Kelly also later in the day Kelly again that evening May 27th David finally returned my call statement from him he heard I continued to call the office so could I work with him I explained the dire situation with my home water now leaking down the wall I called again Friday May 29th 2020 at 3:44 p.m. spoke with Angela again she transferred me so that I can speak with owner Ken Reed I explained the situation to him call lasted 3 minutes I left message again June 2nd of 2020 at 5:21 p.m. 80% chance of rain on Thursday June 4th 2020 high percent chance of precipitation the remainder of the month of June our rainy season I have pictures of my damaged ceiling today June 13th 2020 no one has returned my many calls from this business R & K Certified Roofing in Bunnell Florida

R&K Roofing talked me into going thru my insurance company for reimbursement for a new roof. The bid I got from them was $13,000..
the estimate they sent my insurance company was $26,000!!! I signed a form which I was told allowed R&K to ""negotiate"" with the ins. co on my behalf. My insurance co. wouldn't pay the $26k or even negotiate so R&K SUED them!!! I informed R&K I wouldn't use them even if they won the suit & asked them to just drop the whole thing...it was a small job..why would they go thru all of this...They wouldn't drop it and ONE YEAR later they lost the suit & I could finally have a roof put on by Florida's Best Roofing.... If you chose to use R&K and they suggest you go thru your insurance co....before you sign anything insist on seeing what bid they are sending in and compare it to what you were given...or, better yet, just choose another company! R&K is not honest.

Don`t walk away from this company-RUN.I needed a complete re roof of stone tiles and was told the job would take 7-8 days.It took 8 months and 3 failed inspections and 4 different work crews.RK hired,uncertified unqualified,unskilled people to do a horrible job.Three time the roof was replaced before they got it close to right.They also ruined my lawn ,front and back,damaged rain gutters,tore screening,etc.etc to the sum of $9,553 in damages.An arbitrator for the BBB in Jacksonville Fl.awarded me the FULL sum for damages in November 2018.But this job was a nightmare from the beginning,save yourself and go somewhere,anywhere else.

Buyer beware!!! The abosute worst experience of my entire life. RK installed a new roof in November of 2017. Never a single English speaking representative ever on my property during install, not even a Forman. They even came the wrong week! RK workers then damaged my home while installing new roof. Repairs were not completed untul June of 2018. Delay after delay, lies, Incompetence, deceit and poor workmanship. They even filed a fraudulent lean against my property. Then after taking them to arbitration and winning -- they failed to comply with arbiters decision and then filed 3 fraudulent lean releases.

Beware of the yard sign and referral price rip off scam. It's an inflated price over and above the competitive price where they promise you a discount if you get them referrals plus you must put sign on your property. No problem if they deserved to be referred! However ... if by chance they provide poor quality service (as in my case) they still expect you to refer people to them or they won't honor yard sign rip off price. (Unless you take them to court and win as I did). There is no responsibility on their part to provide referable quality services. Careful!!

It took 1 year of litigation with RK to for them make me whole .... but the time, the cost, the frustration and the incompetence was unconscionable and at times difficult to bear.

After hurricane Matthew, we needed a new roof. We hired R and K roofing. They rushed through the job and displayed poor workmanship. I had to keep calling them to fix it. The owner never returned any of my calls or messages. Some of the staff are down right rude and unprofessional. One of the worst experiences we've had so far. I do not recommend this company at all.

Very unhappy customer here. Took them 8 months to do the job. The first crew sent to work on the roof took 5 days and did nothing more than cause major damage. They took the dumpster away on day 2 and then proceeded to just toss the debris into my side yard, nails and all. Did not clean up very well. Had to clean up my yard by myself.
The second crew had to re-do all of the work from the first crew. They were done in 1 day. My new roof started to leak in less than 1 month. I now have ceiling damage that was not there before.
They will not return phone calls and will not communicate with me. Management blamed all the problems on the original salesman who has since been fired.
They have not yet delivered on any promise.
