Prompt, professional service! I called four roofing companies for help with a leaking roof. One said that I would receive a call back to schedule, but did not call back for two and a half months. Two did not call me back at all so far (three months and counting.) One called back promptly, came by to measure for an estimate, sent me an estimate within a day or so, then called me to schedule the repair date. Haupt called me when they said they would call, all correspondence was timely and professional. Highly recommend!

Mike Baker came out to my home and gave me hope and great service when NO ONE else would replace/repair my roof tiles because the access was so difficult. They accepted the challenge and their guys Artemio and Mike came out and did an amazing job on my tiles....at a very challenging height. I was VERY IMPRESSED with not only the company's excellent customer service, but the ""Yes we can"" attitude and dedication, as well as the workmen that came out to do the job! Absolutely a top-notch roofing contractor. We used Haupt 13 years ago when we did a big remodel to our home. At that time they did the lower portion of our roof. Now...13 years later....the upper portion of our roof was showing signs of wear. Haupt, again, did a fantastic job. Professional, timely & friendly from start-to-finish. We have an apartment building with a flat roof, covering approximately 10,300 ft.²
I spoke to Mike Baker to go over all of the different options, and he suggested installing a ""cool roof"" to cover the existing roof. The warranty is for 50 years, and it was a perfect candidate to install on the building. It worked out beautifully. Mike and his staff are knowledgeable, punctual, completed the job within about a week, and were very clean throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for all leave your roofing needs.

We needed a new roof after 22 years. I looked around and found Haupt. I'd seen their trucks around and thought I would call them. I was very happy with the prompt visit from Robert and the bid. I called a buddy who is a professional home inspector and asked him if he had heard of them. He said they did his roof a few months prior and that was all I needed to hear. Robert was great in providing addresses for us to review so we could pick the right color. When the day arrived everything went very well. The crew was courteous and clean. They finished in a day and a half. A city permit was taken and the inspector passed them right away, and he did go up to check out the work! It was nice to find a family run business and one that has a lot of pride in their work.

After dealing with two other roofing companies, I found Haupt . I have no complaints, the work was started on a Monday and by the time I got home on Thursday my new roof was complete and everything was cleaned up.
