Avoid this company if you can. Here's my experience for a significant water leak after re-roofing was done by this company:

2/14/22 - 7 weeks after my initial call still no response from the company.
2/11/22 - Receptionist: ""Mike will get back to you.""
1/5/22 - 2 weeks after my initial call, a representative from the company finally called to explain they have been very busy and someone will get back to me asap.
12/23/21 - Requested emergency service for water leaking into living space during storm on property that was reroofed by R. Haupt in 2017.

I'm really glad that I called Haupt Roofing. They were responsive, Brian gave reasonable advice, and they were able to schedule my (relatively small) repair within a couple of days (ahead of today's rains, thankfully!). The workers were fast, friendly, and seemed to be thorough. I'm sure that their work will be tested in the upcoming rainy season, but so far so good!

We worked with Robert for our job and he (and the work) was great. We had 500+ cracked Spanish tiles cracked on our roof from termite tenting. Him and the team did a great job color matching as close as possible and the roof looks great. Plus they cleaned everything up each day as if they were never there. Recently purchased a new home that needed some roof work. I decided to get 3 quotes from separate roofers in my area. After meeting Mike, our estimator, we knew we wanted to work with him as he was knowledgeable and honest about the condition of our roof. During the process he was responsive and easy to work with. When it came time to install the roof his team was very professional and mindful. They cleaned up after every day. The 3 month wait was all worth it as we are very happy with our new roof. We did much research before selecting a roofer for our home's concrete tile roof, which was leaking and was over 40 years old. Our home has open beam wood ceilings throughout and no maintenance/renovations have been done since 1979. As we asked for recommendations from our other contractors, real estate agents and friends, the name Haupt kept coming up. So, we had Haupt and other reputable companies bid on the project. We are detailed people who do LOTS of research. Haupt was near the top in terms of pricing and had one of the longer wait times (8 weeks) for installation. But after meeting with Mike Baker from Haupt, we felt the additional time (busy roofers are good roofers) and money was going to be worth it. We won't have any rain to test the installation for many months, but his professionalism impressed us. He was highly communicative, answered ALL of our many questions, got us rush samples and made sure we understood what materials he was using and why. When the install day came, Jim (project manager) was on site each day to answer questions and check work and the family of installers (Edgar, his son Edgar and brother Francisco) were very precise and professional. Cuts are clean, sight-lines are straight, and overall a very clean job. All was done how and when they said it would be and our questions were answered as needed on site. Alondra in the office has been helpful as well. While weather is the true test of a roofer's abilities, Haupt's expert and up front handling of the whole process has given us faith that our home will be protected for many years to come.

Haupt Roofing was referred to us by a realtor friend, and they also had a solid Yelp rating. Foreman/Estimator Mike gave a detailed and free estimate and then coordinated the job through these trying quarantine times. The crew (Alfredo, Fernando and Carlos) arrived on time, were extremely courteous and did EXCELLENT work. They repaired the roof damage that had led to our leaks and also replaced some termite damaged fascia boards (at our request). They cleaned up daily and scoured out yard for debris and nails when then left. One would never know a major job had transpired. We found their original quote to be fair and the charge for repairing the unforeseen damage and additional termite repair fair and quite reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend them.

To the owners, don't ever let Brian go!! What a great representative for the company! When nobody else would help me and my husband going through a very difficult escrow, Brian was so helpful and knowledgeable, so of course after we got the house Brian/R.Haupt Roofing got our business! He brought us samples and was flexible about times and truly so easy to work with and set everything up , we were truly blessed! All of their workers throughout the entire process were great as well, and most importantly our roof looks great and hopefully it will last for a very long time with no issues!

A big thank you to Mike Baker from R. Haupt Roofing for a wonderful re-roofing of our home. We have two towers and expressed to Mike how important it was to have roofers that understood how to do a conical roof! Not only did they do a great job on our entire roof, but the two towers were done with great precision?! It all looks amazing and we are very happy! A big thank you to Edwin, who was the foreman from beginning to end on our job! I give this company and my new roof a 10+!
