Jerry was great. Had a leak and a misplaced tile on second floor. He walked my entire roof and replaced several cracked tiles. Just in time for the rain. Glad I had extra tiles too. Very professional and friendly. Rosa was great too. Would not hesitate to call him again.

Jerry was responsive to getting a quotation for a large roof project. He gave a very reasonable price, and stuck to the price even though the work came out a little bit more than we expected.

Jerry also treats his employees well, and was very professional overall. I would highly recommend R&G Roofing for the quality of work they do. There are some busy times in the Roofing business but once Jerry starts the work, he will make sure it finishes well.

We were recommended to R & G by another roofing company to fix our roof which is synthetic tile. Gerry came out in December to quote us and was reasonable. Because we are going through our warranty, we said we had to get their approval and he said call him back. We did, and he said he would call back to schedule. Then last Friday I talked to Rosa who was very nice and said because of all the rain it would be a few weeks before they could come out but she would call me on Monday, and never did. I called again and left a voicemail. Then Rosa just left me an odd voicemail which was that they are so busy because of the rain that they won't be able to help us until May - which is a 180 from what they both told us just a week ago. It's super frustrating because if the job was too small for them to want to do, we should have been told up front instead of being strung along for the last 6 weeks.
