With more than 25 years in residential construction, manufacturing, and logistics, Stacy Ginn is a seasoned professional. He has held significant positions such as Vice President Finance at Partners in Building, Vice President at an oilfield equipment firm, and Executive VP of a global freight forwarding company.

Stacy's real estate background covers land acquisition and development, production home building, custom homes, and commercial construction. Before starting his career, Stacy worked in various manufacturing roles, including machine operator, assembly and testing, and production scheduling.

Stacy and his wife are engaged members of Faithbridge Church and support many Christian charities, including Mission of Yahweh, Workfaith Connection, Breakaway Ministries, SeeBelieve, and Gospel Lakes. Mr. Ginn has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School in College Station, TX.
