Stacy Ginn brings over 25 years of expertise in residential construction, manufacturing, and logistics. He has held significant positions such as Vice President Finance at Partners in Building, Vice President at an oilfield equipment firm, and Executive VP of a global freight forwarding company.

His real estate knowledge spans land acquisition, development, production home building, custom homes, and commercial projects. Prior to his professional journey, Stacy held several positions in manufacturing, such as machine operator, assembly and testing, and production scheduling.

Stacy and his wife actively participate in Faithbridge Church and support numerous Christian charities, such as Mission of Yahweh, Workfaith Connection, Breakaway Ministries, SeeBelieve, and Gospel Lakes. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
