Stacy Ginn brings over 25 years of expertise in residential construction, manufacturing, and logistics. His past roles include Vice President of Finance at Partners in Building, Vice President at an oilfield equipment manufacturer, and Executive VP at an international freight forwarder.

Stacy's real estate background covers land acquisition and development, production home building, custom homes, and commercial construction. Before embarking on his career, Stacy gained experience in manufacturing roles, including machine operator, assembly and testing, and production scheduling.

Together with his wife, Stacy is involved in Faithbridge Church and contributes to various Christian charitable organizations, including Mission of Yahweh, Workfaith Connection, Breakaway Ministries, SeeBelieve, and Gospel Lakes. Mr. Ginn has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School in College Station, TX.
