Needed a roof inspection so i called several companies. R & C was the first to respond. Matt Stigliano came for an inspection. He asked me some questions before he went up for the inspection. He came back down and tell me of his findings and came out with resolutions for me. Matt is personable and has very good customer service skills. Which is a plus for me. R&C Roofing did an amazing job. We had some significant water damage due to PV Panel mounts atop our garage, they came...they crushed it...did an awesome job with the clean up. I was sitting in my car in our parking garage and I heard this whoosh! The roofing company replacing our condo's roof dumped a bunch of white sludge from the 25th floor onto my poor car. It was thick and sticky. My insurance company would charge $1000/my deductible and it would go on my record and probably raise my rates. So what to do?
I called R & C Roofing Company and asked for the manager. The friendly and helpful receptionist was shocked when I told her what happened. No employees had reported the mishap. Oops! I got the owner's number, sent him a dozen photos and he said he'd take care of it right away. What a blessing! He did what he said he'd do.
He sent Aloha Mobile Car Wash to my address and Reece who is the owner and a local, showed up on time and got the gunk off my car, miraculously. He waxed it as well. It looks like new, I am really pleasantly surprised. The owner is getting started, his rates are reasonable and he's very good at what he does. I will be having him come and hand wash and waxl my car again, on my dime.

R & C Roofing is legit responsible and I'm grateful. I've been in 3 hit and runs, this was not like those experiences at all. Responsible business owners are a blessing. Thanks R & C for taking care of an honest mistake, my car and I appreciate you.

sooo many roofing contractors trying to get my money.. interviewed many of them.. but R&C came highly recommended.. and I am glad I used them. They weren't the cheapest, were honest and most of all got the job done. Roof leaked before they came, they repaired the roof.. then a huge storm came.. and no leak. THUMBS UP!! would highly recommend!!

What an awesome company to deal with. From their sales consultant(Sebastian M) to their hardworking crew on site, everyone worked with a smile on their faces and did a fantastic job in replacing our roof.

Sebastian answered every questions I had. The crew came in early and worked hard in the hot sun(and a temporary rainfall) and after 10 hours of hard work, everyone completed their job with a great attitude.

Friendly, professional, hard working, reasonably price and drama free. I would highly recommend you call them if you need any kind of roofing done. You will not be disappointed.

I Wanted to sealcoat my roof with Gaco roof coating to prep for solar panel install.

Vance came out to look at my roof. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

I received a quote shortly after for a reasonable price. I accepted the offer and they put me on the schedule. Half down and other half upon completion.

Guys came at 8am and worked hard all day long. They finished up about 7pm.

We did a walkthrough a few days later and they sent out a guy to do some minor touch ups.

Roof looks great and feels cooler in the house.

I highly recommend this company for your roofing concerns. Vance and his crew were great guys.

I had my roof asphalt shingles replaced in Sept 2019

We just got through a really rainy December... and absolutely no issues so far.


I initially met with Walden (R&C Estimator/representative) and he was so helpful in guiding me through the advantages and disadvantages of the different brands and options. No pressure to pick one particular brand.
After a few days of research, and waiting for quotes... I felt comfortable with my own decision based on Walden's education and guidance.

I received 3 quotes from different contractors. The quotes were similar in range but I liked the Certainteed Landmark Pro product a little more for various reasons.

I then met with Robert (R&C Roofing owner) and he worked with me to get the best price and also offered to include some additional labor tasks at no or minimal charge.

I felt comfortable with Robert's commitment to me to do an excellent job.

Robert also was able to to adjust his crews schedule to fit my job in asap as my roof had just recently started to leak during heavy rain.

Again Walden was really helpful in helping me get the Mililani MTA design application written up, submitted, approved and then picked up for us. He and Robert really kept in touch throughout the project to make sure I was informed on the status of the project.

The installation was completed over two days and I was really happy with the result.
The install crew were courteous and professional and did a great install.

Sometimes things get overlooked but Robert and his lead foremen (Henry and Bobby) made sure that any oversights were taken care immediately and professionally.

Robert was great to work with... also offered to have one of his crew check on the installation of the mounts for my PV system by another contractor and found that they were not installed correctly and would have voided the roof warranty.
they worked with my to get those installed and avoid and manufacturer warranty issues.
