I had a leaky roof thanks to all the rains this past winter. I got bids from 6 roofing contractors, and I ultimately chose Quiroz and Sons for the job because I felt that Faustino truly understood the issue and was able to come up with a reasonable solution, and he was also very familiar with the roofing material (tile). He went above and beyond tracking down additional tile that is no longer manufactured to help with my repair. I am really happy with the outcome and we will see how things go the next time it rains!

Quiroz and Sons roofing did a fantastic job for us. We had roof leaks during the rainy season in 2023 and were having trouble finding a roofer who could come out and fix it. Faustino responded right away and came right out. They were very professional and reliable. They cleaned up after they completed the job. It was clear that they had extensive experience in roofing and explained how our the ceramic tiles on our roof had been incorrectly installed allowing the leaks to occur. Our neighbor also recommended them to one of her clients and said they did a great job.

We had our flat roof replaced by Quiroz and Sons a couple of weeks ago and they did a beyond excellent job. They had already done most of the roofs around our neighborhood so I was familiar with their professionalism and outstanding work ethic. Clean, attention to detail, courteous crew and fairly priced. I had an elusive roof leak under my solar panels that other handyman services had unsuccessfully tried to fix. Faustino from Quiroz and sons roofing quickly responded to my yelp inquiry, and were at my home and started work the next day. Two roof sections needed to be redone since the original solar installer (who declared bankruptcy) had improperly waterproofed my roof after replacing the tiles with shingles. Quiroz roofing (fahter and two sons) removed all the solar panels, and redid those sections expertly with high quality material and workmanship and remounted the solar panels. I could not possibly be happier with the work they performed. They are true professionals and their work is top notch. They are prompt, leave work area clean and true to their word. I recommend them 100%.

I needed to replace my rotted second story house fascia boards. Checked with Yelp and they sent out my request for roof repair contractors. 6 responded to me via email text & phone messages in the next two hours. Only one stood out and called me within 10 minutes, came over in an hour for an inspection and consultation. An estimate was provided and I accepted after Faustino of Quiroz and Sons Roofing Inc. mentioned he, his Father and younger brother (Rodolfo Sr. & Rodolfo Jr.) can perform the job the very next day. The following day arrived, took down 4 fascia boards, replaced them, with the proper drip flashing and a row or two of new shingles adjacent to the fascia boards. The project started on time like they said, 8:00 am and lasted until 5:00 pm. Great work ethics, hard workers. I was completely satisfied with the job, well done. Fortunately, their quickness was dependent upon the time frame of ending one job, scheduling me in before starting another project in two days. Kudos to them !

Faustino was very responsive when I requested a quote. He came out right away, quoted me an affordable price and scheduled work for the next day. He was very communicative throughout the entire process. All in all, I was very pleased with his service.

I was fooled by the good reviews here and thought they would be good but the reviews must be paid for or something because there is no way they're true. I paid $1500 to do a small portion of my roof and he guaranteed the job and as soon as rain came a few months later, I got leaks in multiple areas which were never there before and it was in the spots they redid. I asked them to come and look at it and he immediately deflects to tell me I didn't guarantee this and I didn't do the parts that are leaking which are definitely lies. I try to get past it and ask for a new quote to which he says in order to give a future guarantee he has to do my whole roof. He gives a huge price to which I tell him I can't afford immediately and ask for a quote on a portion of the roof that's leaking and he says he will give me a discount but I have to commit today otherwise tomorrow it goes back to the higher price. I ask why and he gives me a breakdown of how interest rates and inflation impact prices. I'm not an idiot and know that inflation and interest rates don't go up overnight that would impact his rates to go back up that significantly. He then switches to say well I have to take another job. I tell you can do your other job if they commit before me but why would that impact the cost of my job which is dependent on resources and labor. All in all, he was trying to scam for a second time and I wasn't having it. DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY PRESSURE YOU TO MAKE BAD DECISIONS AND LIE TO MAKE A POINT AND TRY SCARE TACTICS TO MAKE YOU PAY LARGE FEES.

From the torrential rains we had this month my roof sprung a leak in a few spots. Quiroz and Sons despotic my estimate request within minutes. Made an appointment that afternoon to come out and inspect the roof Told me what my options were , didn't try to sell me a whole new roof. They came back the next day on time and fixed the damage while taken pictures of each stage of repair.
Very professional family business. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Faustino and co. were great. I had procrastinated to repair a leak I had noticed after a previous storm and they were able to fit our leak repair job into their schedule at the last minute, just before another huge storm arrived. Faustino communicated quickly and clearly and took a lot of pictures before/during/after the repair. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything he was doing. After the storm, I have not noticed any leaking in the area he repaired.
