Faustino was fantastic! He was prompt, honest (super important-none of the competition seemed to be), got everything done properly, and made sure to clean up well after. He gave us the best quote out of all four vendors and went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed done. We had him back to inspect/tune up the rest of the roof after he patched out leak and did an amazing job. We are not worried about the rain anymore. I would recommend Faustino whole heartedly-he did such a great job I will likely never need him again!!

On a particularly windy night in the Valley we discovered one of our roof vents (a turbine style vent) was rusty in the worst way imaginable. Basically it would grind and scrape with every gust and we were up all night listening to it. With a new baby in the home, a roof vent keeping me up all night was the least expected. In my desperation I sent out a plea over Yelp and Quiroz and sons was one of the first to respond. We scheduled a call and Faustino was able to come out and assess our problem and give a free quote the very same day. He surmised the issue, gave options and even found an extra cracked pipe he could fix while they were at it. At first the timeline seemed long for getting a repair, but he was so compassionate to our plight of zero sleep that he moved some things around so we have the vents replaced with non-turbine vents the very next morning. His team arrived, quick and efficient, and was super communicative the whole time. So so grateful for squeezing us in our hour of need.

Showed up to inspect the roof on a rental property of mine. He stated that he inspected the roof and then asked me what kind of roof it was. He asked if it was metal. I asked him wouldnt you know you said you just inspected the roof. No reply to that. Then I asked how do you propose to fix and he mentioned silicon sealing the entire roof at a ridiculous cost of $14,000 which he just made up on the spot. He didnt instill any confidence at all. I would pass on this company.

Not too long ago we hired Quiroz and Sons to reroof our home with a cool roof system. Their quote was very competitive, the job went smooth and was completed on schedule. Faustino was very informative, friendly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns, he went over known leaks that we had and unknown leaks that were discovered in addition to the root cause and repairs needed. The work work done was top notch, there was a few layers of roofing that needed to be removed and clean up was exceptional. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the clean install of the shingles to the recommendations of the O'hagin vents and ridge vents to complete our cool roof. We are very satisfied on how our new roof looks, feels and there have been zero issues with leaks. Will definitely recommend Quiroz and Sons roofing service.

Quiroz and Sons did such a great job re-roofing our house, we brought them back to paint our patio and install a flat roof above it. They did an outstanding job. Faustino provided me with all my potential options and pricing, and the job ended up looking better than we had even hoped.
A few weeks later, we had them install an outlet and outdoor TV mount on the patio for us. Again, they were great with communication and pricing, and we were extremely happy with the results.
We will continue to bring them out for any additional work we need done to our home.

We had a roof leak and got several estimates for repair, including Quiroz and Sons. Faustino came over and was on the roof in an instant. Moments later he returned, informing of several problems, the main being a broken tile.

He gave an estimate on the spot that was significantly lower than the other companies and had a crew available later that day. We accepted his offer.

As promised, the crew of 3 arrived with all the right tools and equipment and got to work immediately. Part of the estimate included resealing and repainting 2 of the exhaust pipes. One of the guys ended up doing them all since he had to wait for the others to replace the tile. No extra charge.

They were efficient and professional, completing the job in a very short time - repair has held up perfectly.

The owner Faustino came out and gave me a quote the same day. He seemed very honest and his quote was very straightforward and competitive, so I decided to go with him for my roof re-tile. I'm really glad I chose Quiroz and Sons for several reasons. First, all the work was done by the owner Faustino, his brother, and their father. It's very rare to see the owner of a roofing company being up on the roof and doing work. Also, his father has decades of experience in roofing. Second, they kept me informed of every step of the process and took pictures to show me. Third, they paid very close attention to all the details and made sure that things were done correctly without cutting corners. Fourth, they always cleaned up after work. And fifth, they were all very polite and courteous.
I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt it was important to post a review so other homeowners can know about this awesome company.

I hired Faustino to repair a leak on my tile roof as he is knowlegable, straightforward, and provided a very good quote for the work.
Faustino and his team identified the root cause quickly and worked very hard over the weekend and got the job done in a bit over two days.
Throughout the process Faustino kept me updated on the status and showed me pictures of the roof during repair. I feel very confident that the leak is addressed properly.
