Installed on my special needs neighbor that I look after roof is sagging, meaning they didn't check the wood decking and its rotten. poorly installed flashings leaked and they told my neighbor to fix it themselves, They paid cash. They are special needs! Quoted my parents on a bid 3k higher than other quotes. Not worth it.

Our family home was in need of a new roof.
The estimate was by far the most thorough, with every detail worked out in writing. We got GAF brand roofing shingles. Many companies offer this brand, but since the estimate was so thorough we realized we needed more attic ventilation, so ridge vent was added (along with other vents).

Pricing by far was the most competitive out of the 5 estimates.

The installation only took days, not weeks. The crew showed up on time everyday, and they did not mess around. They did a great job cleaning up the yard from old roofing debri's.

Also, we have a disabled family member, and he was thrilled to watch from below as the crew made quick work on our roof. One of the owners came by on his day off, to give him a free shirt!

I needed a section of roof replaced in preparation for a PV install.
I took bids from 3 Grass Valley roofers. During the bid process one of the Q-Bro's even met with me on a Saturday to discuss our project and he sent me a bid the next day: that was appreciated!

Of the 3 bids I choose Q-Bro's because they used quality material, the bid was reasonable - it also included fire safety gutter covers and a facia replacement, and I liked their over all attitude: very honest.

They worked in our job the following Friday and did an excellent job. To top it off their crew were very nice people to deal with, too.

Bid a job for me WAY high. Other bid came in less than half the price, they did a great job, took about five hours plus materials. Quintana would have made $460 per hour for a Journeyman & helper had I taken the bid. You decide. I don't mind hard working people making good money but we're not talking brain surgery.

Great on time work to replace roof, but like pulling teeth to get German back to fix error and omission.Thanks to my house painter who spotted a bare spot that would have caused roof rot to new roof. A very expensive project, but disappointing to have to make several calls to get the 10 minute omission fixed.

Don't bother. Look elsewhere. Better, more profession establishments around. I called for a time to get an estimate; didn't have an answer. All of a sudden, several hours later, he was standing on my roof. Wrote the estimate on a piece of scratch paper. Flakey. And, to make matters worse, was more expensive that the business I eventually hired.

They did a good job with my moms house, so we called them to give us an estimate. They came and gave us an estimate and it was 3x's the price of my moms house, and our house is 1000sp' smaller than her's. She also had ceramic tile removed and fascia replaced for a 1/3 of the price. I was very disappointed in their bid, we have had other bids on our house, at or around my moms house price. If they didn't want the job they could have just said something and not insult us. Very disappointed and will not be calling them to do our roof.

Saved me! Wouldn't have thought I could get a roofer to check my roof leak during a winter storm. But they did. The other roofing companies said they could have a guy check it out in 3 weeks! My house would have been under water from the leak by then! Oscar came up to my house the same day I called him and he had his crew repair my roof the day the rain stopped (and just before another big storm + snow)! To top it off, he did it while I was out of town. Had he not come, I would have had to change my vacation plans and figure out a solution (like lots of buckets in my house to catch the water!!).
