I was referred to Quinn Bros roofing and let me tell you, he exceeded all expectations! We scheduled an appointment the following day first thing in the morning, he arrived on time, was thorough, explained everything to me, kind, and honest. I had a leak coming into my garage via the roof. He was able to pinpoint the area and show me other areas that needed attention as well-that unless he showed me I would've never have noticed (And could've been worse in the long run) Decided to have him do the job. He had an appointment for a quote then came right back and did my job the same day. His quality of work was exceptional and I would recommend him hands down! Thank you for being trustworthy and taking pride in the quality of work!

Called few companies for a roof repair. I called Quinn Bro's and I was able to schedule for someone to come to provide a free estimate in a reasonable time. Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a reasonable cost before the work. He fixed my roof and I am pleased with the works that he did. He showed some before and after photos. During my interactions with Jake and his wife, I feel that our interactions are very honest and straight to the point (very important for me personally). It is very hard to find this kind of interactions this day.
I surely will call Quinn Bro's again for a roofing service and will refer to anyone in this area. Thanks Jake.

i had a few loose tiles and some roof repairs needed on my house and by chance i walked to a house down the street where Quinn Bros was working on a much bigger repair. He took the time to take a look at my roof and he was able to give me a quote that was about 45% cheaper than my other quotes. They were able to get the work done quickly and were very responsive and professional. I'll be calling them whenever I or my other family/friends need roof repairs or other roofing needs.
Great service I rarely see these days.

""Jake"" gave us a quote on our tile roof and worked diligently repairing/replacing tiles, cleaning the valleys, adjusting and /or replacing tiles , repaired trim boards and any area where there was water damage. Even put new rings on vent pipes. He is easy to work with and answers any questions you may have. He is prompt and reliable! Cleans up work area every day and gives you photographs of areas he is working on and what the finished result is. You also get a two year warranty on work.!

Did a great job. Good price. We had damage from a broken redwood tree that came through our roof during a wind storm. He came out, gave us a quote, showed up when he said he would and did a good job. Hopefully won't need his services again but if so will not hesitate to use again.

Quick and professional response to my call. This is a family owned and run small business. They were able to easily diagnose what needed repair and even came out on Christmas Eve to do the work. The owner graciously repaired our gutter that was hanging off at no additional charge. I would highly recommend Quinn Bro's for your roof repair.

I called on a Wednesday and spoke with the very nice Gina who was able to schedule Jake to come out for an estimate on that Friday morning. When Jake arrived I was expecting just an estimate, after he saw the work that needed to be done and gave me the extremely reasonable estimate I asked when we could schedule the work to be done and to my surprise he said with the rain coming he could do it right then and there otherwise it would probably be a week to schedule. He did a great job even took before and after photos, and even went above and beyond with cleaning up all the replaced tile. Needless to say I would recommend them and I will contact them if I need any future work done. Good quality people who do quality work.

Quinn Bros Roofing just did an awesome job getting our 23 year old tile roof ready for the next ten years! They did dry-rot repair, extended downspouts, replaced cracked tiles, cleaned and fixed all valleys, replaced felt, replaced rotten battens, resealed the peak junctions, and cleaned up our gutter guards as best they could. Two year leak guarantee. Small business. VERY responsive and great to work with - they even sprayed off our solar panels on their way out! Can't recommend them enough. These guys are AMAZING from start to finish! We requested a quote, and they were out without a few days (and showed us pics of all proposed repairs). Their pricing was extremely competitive (we got three different bids), and their workmanship blew us away!They showed before and after pics of all repairs and explained each one. They cleaned up after as well, like they were never here! All work is under warranty as well- 2 year guarantee! They even sprayed our solar panels off for us before they left!
