Jake is a rare find in an industry where most companies are only concerned about making money instead of focusing on doing the job properly and valuing customer satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work, and provides fair pricing. Instead of cutting corners, he resolves additional issues as he finds them. He provides before and after photos of his work and leaves everything clean. His wife Gina provides excellent communication in scheduling the work. They provide everything you hope for when hiring a contractor!

I highly recommend Jake and Gina of Quinn Bro's Roofing in Fair Oaks! I am extremely happy with my experience and the results! I got 3 bids for the repairs. Jake was the only contractor of the 3 who gave me a fair, honest, and very reasonable bid! My roof has no more issues! Jake is incredibly thorough, detail oriented, professional, and prompt. He explained what needed to be done, kept me informed throughout the job, and took before and after photos as he completed the work. He went above and beyond cleaning out my dryer vent, trimming back trees, repairing my chimney, and even blowing off my porch and back deck when neither had been affected by his work! I highly recommend Quinn Bro's. Roofing!

Jake came out and gave me a reasonable price to make some repairs and do some maintenance to my roof and did a FANTASTIC job! He worked late and cleaned up nicely! You couldn't even tell he was there. I had one of the fascia boards replaced and I just expected it to be the raw wood. He painted it the same color! I didn't give him any paint! These are excellent contractors. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

I have had an on-going problem with water overflowing my front door during torrential rains. I thought I had the problem fixed last year but it obviously was not. My neighbor suggested calling Quinn Bro's who did a fantastic job for him. Jake was very thorough, took many pics and spent nine hours correcting the problem. His office is great with communication. Our 33 year old, two story home needed a full roof makeover. Jake and Gina's family business came highly recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint and completely knocked it out of the park!! Jake's on the job work ethic and craftsmanship were mind blowing! Honestly, he checked ALL the boxes. Gina working behind the scene, did all the scheduling and communication. You couldn't ask for two nicer people to work with. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is, we received an A+ job that was worth every penny. PS The before/after pictures were the icing on the cake.

I had a full roof repair completed by Jake Quinn. (25 yr tile roof) Best decision I made. Jake is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and honest. He is also extremely courteous and professional, and his attention to detail is incredible. He did above and beyond what his bid stated. He took photos and sent them to me as showing what was cleaned and fixed. He explained exactly what the issues were and provided excellent customer service. I was extremely satisfied with the work that he completed and was also happy that he didn't add additional cost when he saw that there were additional issues that needed to be fixed. He cleaned up every evening after the job, and my yard was cleaner than what it was when he started. The communication with the company is excellent! His wife Gina does a great job at responding and getting the job scheduled.
I would definitely give Quinn Bros serious consideration for your roofing needs.

I knew I had several broken roof tiles and called Jake to come out and look at my roof. Not only did he find a few broken and cracked tiles but showed me that my valleys had dirt and debris underneath the tiles which would eventually lead to leaks. He showed me pictures of the valleys as well as several areas where the metal flashing was coming up and several other areas which needed attention. After giving me a very fair estimate I scheduled the work. On the scheduled day Jake was on time and began working. He spent 3+ days repairing or replacing damaged tiles, replacing or adding felt paper, metal flashing etc. He found some dry rot which he replaced at no charge as well as additional tile damage which he repaired at no charge. He told me that he doesn't ""nickel and dime"" you for minor additional work.
He even offered to come back and paint the new plywood section at no cost. After each day he cleaned up the area both on the roof and on the ground. Jack provided after phots of all of his work. I was impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to answer all of my questions. Jake is a true professional with a great attitude. He provided a two year leak warranty of his work. If I ever need a roofer Jake is the first and only person I will be calling.

What a great company!! Jake and Gina are top notch. Earlier this year we had a leak in our roof, during the extreme rain, and called Quinn Bro's based on all the reviews however they were booked out several weeks. Another company came out and glued the broken tiles. Once Jake was freed up a bit I received a call from Gina asking if we still need help. What an unexpected pleasant surprise - this is unheard of these days - but very much appreciated. We knew we needed some roof maintenance so Quinn Bro's Roofing was the first and only company I called. Jake came out, gave us a quote and we scheduled the service. He was professional, easy going, great at his craft, detailed and thorough! He took all kinds of pictures, reviewed all the work he did with us and cleaned up all the debris.
