I can't begin to describe the incredible positive experience we had with Juan and his crew. From the removal of our 30 year old roof, to the installation of our new beautiful roof, Juan and his crew did an immaculate job. Not only is the roof installed professionally, but the cleanup and extreme cautions they took from beginning to end was amazing. He also pulled city permits and had inspections completed and passed immediately. I would refer Juan to anybody, and everybody I know. What a humble gentleman and a man of his word. I hired Juan Quijada a few years ago to do a small roof repair. The work was ok, so when I was looking to have the roof replaced I called him. He said he'd be at my home on the appointed day at 7:30 a.m., a time which I confirmed by text. The next morning, I got a missed call from him at 7:02, called him back at 7:03, and he tells me he was there at 7:00 like we said (Not), but he left (Not). I told him I'd been sitting there watching the street and no trucks had gone by, asked him to ""return"", as the bid he was going to provide that day was crucial for a larger reno project. He got irate and began telling me how busy he was and that I should just call someone else. Super rude and unprofessional. I always prefer to work with vendors who can communicate well in addition to their core skill. But if you don't care about lying, raised voices and poor follow-through, go ahead & hire this guy.

I had to replace my entire roof as it was leaking in multiple spots. I hired Quijada roofing based on a recommendation from a friend who had a good experience with Juan.
Juan showed up on time and gave me a quote that was very fair. His crew was extremely efficient , kept the area around my house free of debris and finished the entire job in 3 days.
They exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended them to my neighbors who need a new roof.

We just bought a new home and have needed lots of repairs large and small. I interviewed several top-rated roofing companies to replace ours but wasn't really happy with anyone. One company actually tried to sucker me into paying for a roof inspection so he could complete his free estimate?! My realtor told me about Juan and I had a good feeling after meeting with him, I knew he was personally invested in the outcome of the project. He showed up on time, was very respectful of our home but what hit it out of the park? He finished our roof replacement a full two days ahead of schedule and it looks amazing! My only complaint is that he doesn't work on other types of projects besides roofs because he and his crew are awesome!!
