Although there was extreme heat the crew continued to work and managed to complete the work in 2 days. This included replacing the entire decking and installing new shingles as well. I was updated regularly by Matt Hamilton, the sales rep, and by Julio Nava, the on site project manager. And again, hats off to the hard working crew. Good work and now a great looking new roof.

They're truck raced down the road cutting off a lot of cars almost causing several accidents. If they don't care about you on the road, they don't care about your roof and home.

They installed new roofs on several houses in our neighborhood after the hailstorm this year. They were very competitively priced and did a great job. They even magnetted (sp?) our neighbors yards too.

Roof doesn't leak, looks nice. They also put on mesh guards on some exterior venting and things to help keep critters out.

It's not just the roof, but it was working with Harlan H. who made this process smooth and completely uncomplicated with what we were dealing with (insurance and mortgage company). Harlan is very well versed in roofing and is amazing all the way around. The roofing team all worked very hard and did an awesome job. They were great. We had to replace our roof after a hailstorm. Quick Roofing was great with the inspection process, getting a quote and replacing the roof. They finished the work in 2 days and the project manager made sure to answer my many questions.

Mike Kotara was very professional and very patient with me. He stopped by one day and asked if he could check my roof for hail damage - I wasn't feeling well that day, but I agreed. He walked me through the whole process. He was honest and did everything that he said they would do - including picking up every nail that came off the old roof.

Mike helped me file the insurance, and it turned out there was more hail damage than I had thought. Mike was my main point of contact throughout the whole process. He made sure all my questions were answered. He even painted the wood that was replaced.

They did the roofing job in one day. Everything was picked up and cleaned up. I like the padding they used under the roof. When it rains, it is not as loud as it use to be. I was able to choose the color of the roof I wanted and I was very happy with the work.

My neighbors also had their house done. We were amazed at the professionalism, and how quickly they worked. I guess that is why they are called Quick Roofing.

I would recommend anyone needing a roof to call Quick Roofing.

Absolutely pitiful excuse for a roofing company. I put on higher quality roofs when I was 13 years old.

We had a roof put on by QR last year after the hailstorms came through, and they got straight out to the house to get us an estimate, which was reasonable and comparable to others. We signed with them and got our roof replaced very quickly, though they forgot to change out a skylight and roof turbine for us. Upon being reminded, they came out with a random-colored turbine which matched none of the others, but finally they got it taken care of. So then, not too much later, came the rain. It came down through both skylights, which had been incorrectly flashed. A week or so later they sent someone out to check the roof and skylights and got it all taken care of. By taken care of, I mean smearing caulk everywhere (caulk can be a fix, it is not a primary flashing method for a skylight), and then leaving the empty tube in our gutter.

Lo and behold, then came another rain, and both skylights leaked again. They sent someone else out, again with a tube of caulk. It accidentally worked on one of the skylights, but by the THIRD rain, it was still coming in the other. So, they sent someone else out who I'm not sure did anything. I'd honestly lost track by that point.

Well, we went through a dry spell and no water came in through the roof...because there was no rain. The next time there was rain, a few weeks ago, it POURED in through the skylight (which you could see the interior wall from outside on the front porch at night, because it wasn't flashed AT ALL). Also, lots of water all down in our walls and destroyed the brand new laminate in our 400ish square foot office. So, we called again to get someone to come look at our now-damaged walls and ruined floor and, for about two weeks, they kept promising to send someone to look at both. Yeah, right. The rain showed up again sooner than they did. This most recent rain finished the job on the walls and floor, and they still have yet to send someone to look at those particular damages.

Long story short, we've had Quick Roofing out no fewer than five separate times in the last year to fix their junk roof installation, and they have yet to fix anything, and now we've got damage to the interior of our home because they can't do their job. Their estimator/supervisor (more likely ""sales guy"", it seems) is Johnny on the spot, telling you how they're licensed, insured, and nationally branded, but near as I can tell they just use cheap, unskilled local labor, and never even tell them what they're there to fix when they send them out for a repair on their botched job. A couple of times we were sitting down to eat and even saw their repair guy up on the roof looking at us through the skylight, without us even realizing he had arrived.

This company is a sorry excuse for a business; stay far, FAR AWAY!!!

Third roof job I have had to endure and the worst experience by far. If your project manager / large loss specialist for the job is TJ Beliveau, either ask for another person or get another roofer. I commend them for actually providing a quote as 4 other roofers refused to do so. TJ never followed up without our engagement, only saw him two times (once when they initially came out and second when we selected them for the job). He then proceeded to try and squeeze us for more than the quoted bid, not to mention supplements were not approved and the final invoice he sent us was more than the quote with the supplements included??? Hmmm. We commend Johnny and Julio for rectifying the situation to our satisfaction.

My first experience with the office staff Brooke was horrible. She was very rude to me, unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering her. When I asked to speak with a sales rep, she told me I couldn't she will have them call me!!! All I wanted was a few questions answered about the company!!! I will NEVER recommend and will be looking for a more professional company!
