Quick Roofing worked with us after the insurance adjuster said ""roof is fine.""
But we suspected our older roof had damage after a hail storm a few months before. Really, if we had not called Quick Roofing for a second opinion, we probably would still have a roof with hail damage. However, Johnny Pearson worked with us, and with our Insurance, submitting photos and making several calls. Communication was great. Mr. Pearson also made sure that the needed ridge venting, drip edge and caps were also added (and covered by our Insurance). Our roofing crew was fast and efficient, and left the yard areas all picked up. The roof looks great, and they had the upgraded shingles we wanted.

We just had our roof shingles and gutters on our home replaced by John Pearson and Quick Roofing of Austin due to the May 2020 hailstorm in Georgetown and we're very pleased with the quality workmanship and materials installed by the roofing crew John Pearson and Quick Roofing assigned to our house.

John met with me a couple times before work was scheduled to begin to review details of the Owen Corning shingles and component roofing system that we selected and John and his project supervisor were onsite a few times each day to observe the installation and follow-up with the crew leader as the work progressed to completion. We really appreciate the attention to detail and they also checked the attic before beginning the for any electrical wires and gas lines close to the roof deck during the reroof and afterwards to ensure that the vents for the water heater and furnace were not disturbed during the work.

I knew of Quick Roofing after being impressed seeing them roof new homes a couple of years ago and I selected them because they are a Platinum Preferred contractor for Owens Corning, so I was confident that they would follow the manufacturers installation best practices to ensure that everything was done correctly and would be covered by the best warranty.

The crew had an assigned person that stayed on the ground to continually clean up shingles and nails with a magnet during the job and the crew policed the area before leaving our house the last day while a couple of other members of the crew checked the roof out for details, caulking, etc. Very impressive!

The gutter company John Pearson and Quick Roofing partners with, Capital City Gutters, showed up promptly the day after and installed new gutters and did a very good job on the install and many details required. Carlos the owner was onsite a couple of times to check on install crew and walked job with his lead guy afterwards to ensure all details and clean- up was done. Wow, great quality and attention to detail that is impressive today and not easily found. I recommend John Pearson and Quick Roofing will certainly trust them the next time I need a roof replacement or repair

My experience with Quick Roofing went very well.

I noticed that our garage ceiling had water stain after the recent storm. I called Quick Roofing since they were the original installer when the home was built. There were no phone holds, menu or transfers. A human being, Max, answered my call. Max was very honest, patient, understanding and professional. He said he would send his roofer to check the problem later that day. Roofer showed up as promised, did his inspection, took notes and pictures of the issue. The following day, Max called me and said that the roofer will do the repair after lunch. And as promised again, Jesus (the roofer) came by and repaired the leak. He was very courteous, efficient and hard working. Finished the job in about an hour. Quick Roofing is a great local company that backs their work. One of the least stressful home repair I've had to deal with in a long time. Thanks Max and Jesus!!!!!

Quick Roofing's bid was almost HALF the price of the competition and my sales rep, Johnny Pearson, was exceptional. He was always available when I needed him and clearly explained the process to me. But here is where you can tell a good company from a great company - they made a mistake. When I informed them that something wasn't right they bent over backwards to fix it and accepted responsibility immediately. The VP of the company personally called me twice to make sure it was handled to my satisfaction. They are an honest company, they stand behind their work, and they put the customer first. I'd definitely recommend them.

We had our roof done with Dustin and they did a great job! The crew was at our home when they said they would be and finished in one day. They had 8 guys working with one on the ground cleaning up the whole time. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!

ZERO stars.
When we purchased our new home, the roof was in bad enough shape for the previous owners insurance to cover replacing the roof. Unfortunately, that left them up to picking the company to do the job.
In a nutshell, they replaced the roof. The roof LEAKED at the first rain a day later. When we called to have them come back out, it took days- and what was the worst, was that the ""head contractor"" came out to look at it and was so incredibly rude. He just glared at us and said ""What do you want me to do?""
Maybe MAKE THE ROOF NOT LEAK? He acted like a teenager being asked to pick up his clothes.
He very reluctantly fixed the problem.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Terrible job and double terrible customer service.
Also- I find it weird that both of the other negative reviews for this guys are hidden on Yelp and ""Not Recommended"".

I apparently can't give zero stars. Don't trust your home to these people. They convinced me to use them two years ago during the major hailstorm and I've had nothing but leaks ever since. The guy that showed up was smooth like butter, but the folks actually doing the work couldn't understand a word I said. Typical, I suppose, and I have no problem with it, except these kids didn't look older than 12 and I was afraid I was contributing to violations of child labor laws. I've called them three times and the manager promised me he would make my roof right....and then radio silence. Nothing. Will not answer my calls. Will not repair the leaky roof. Will not repair the major water damage on the inside of my ceiling and walls. And the worst part...if it's an insurance claim, which mine was, your insurance is under no obligation to help you out - you have to sort it out with the company, that refuses to assist you once they get paid. It's a racket. Don't be fooled.
