AC went out and it was hot as a mother!!! Called Quality Sheet Metal Heating and Air Conditioning and they saved our lives!!! They came out the next morning. Our technician was Jonathan, he explained everything, and he was just super informative. Super reasonable pricing. Wonderful customer service over all! I would definitely recommend this company! This company was sent to us by our home warranty company and we couldn't be happier! We were contacted by Tanya within 30 minutes of filing our claim for our heater. She was very friendly and scheduled John to come out the same day in the afternoon. John came within his window time and fixed our heater in no time. Unfortunately it quit working again in the early morning hours the next day. ( I do have to say we have a very old model furnace )We called first thing in the morning and Tanya scheduled John to come out again same day! John was here on time and again got our heater in working order! He is very professional, very nice as is Tanya and we are very pleased with his services. Unfortunately we moved into a place where we experienced several problems with our AC unit over the past 2 years and having said that I have had terrible experiences with local AC companies...even some that never show up after I wait all day. This company responded fast when our AC unit finally quit working on us unfortunately through the heat wave of continual greater than 100 degree weather. They came the next time to find the problem and after finding out the whole unit needed to be replaced...they couldn't come back until a week later due to the busyness and ordering the new unit. My little family was miserable and my 5 month old baby couldn't sleep as best as we tried to stay cool with a borrowed portable inside ac space unit. I called the company and explained our situation and they made it work in that they were able to expedite our service unit they came 2 days later instead a week and replaced our unit. The owner even called and checked in on us! I was impressed and very thankful!

These guys were THE BEST. Our AC went out on a Friday during a 104 degree day. My dad recommended them to me and I called immediately. I received a call back at 8:30pm within 15 minutes of me leaving a message. They had availability the same night but we opted to have them come out Saturday afternoon to save a little $$.
They showed up within the 2 hour timeframe they stated and we received text messages when they were en route. Our fan was working on the outside AC unit but the capacitor had gone bad. They replaced it on the spot and cleaned the unit for us. They were done within 30-45 minutes and our house is back to being cool again!
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them for maintenance to help keep our unit running smoothly so we do not run into this issue again!

Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year (109). Already with a full schedule, Tonya stayed on the phone with me for nearly 25 minutes helping me get our A/C unit working to the point where at least some cool air was coming out! My AC broke and Buetler bumped my scheduled appointment (20 minutes before their scheduled window was up) for someone more important. After calling around with no luck I was told, apologetically, that someone wouldn't be able to get to me until after 7. It was already 4 and I was just happy to be seen today at all. My doorbell rang at 6:30 and 5 minutes later, my capacitor is replaced and the air is blasting. Very happy with this small business!

Got a quietcool whole house fan installed and couldn't be more happy with it. My house is so much more comfortable for all of my family and it runs very quiet and hardly uses any energy at all.

I can't say enough good things about John and his services. Don't think I've ran into another company with his knowledge and friendliness.
